The actual products are fantastic, and I've been a loyal customer for years because they really deliver on my hair goals. But lately the company has become impossible to deal with. Customer support is basically unreachable, they sneak charges onto your account for things labeled as free, they removed the subscriber discount without any warning, and the subscription delay feature doesn't even work. There's literally no way to talk to a real person anymore.

The silicone free conditioner with lavender is honestly the only one I've ever found that actually hydrates my hair and makes it feel incredibly soft and smooth. Since I switched to the silicone free formula, my wavy, fine hair has been so healthy with zero breakage. I'm giving it three stars instead of five because I wish they'd upgrade their packaging. I'd actually pay extra for a glass bottle instead of plastic because of the environmental impact, and it would be way more fitting for such a quality product. The pump also feels cheap and breaks easily, so I keep having to reorder new ones. Oh, and there's also always about two centimeters of product stuck at the bottom of the bottle that I can't get out without cutting it open.

Stay away from this company. I placed an order two months ago that still hasn't shipped, yet they already charged my account back in December. I've tried emailing customer service three separate times and haven't gotten a single response. These people are basically running a scam operation. Just go somewhere else.

Skip this company entirely. The products are mediocre at best. The website has tons of misleading or false information on it. Customer service is basically nonexistent because you literally cannot reach anyone. Emails go unanswered even though they claim they're busy and will reply within seven to ten business days, which doesn't help when you need immediate assistance. Their so called Live Chat is completely fake. And here's the worst part: even after you cancel your subscription, they delete your account so you can't log in anymore. Then months later they still try to charge you and send you more products, but since you can't access your account you have no way to cancel it again, and they ignore all your attempts to contact them. Save yourself the headache and buy from a reputable company instead.

I've had a really frustrating experience trying to cancel my subscription. An order I didn't want went out to the wrong address and I can't get in touch with anyone at the company no matter how hard I try. Now it's too late to stop the shipment, so I'm stuck paying fifty dollars for a product I don't want and can't even receive because it's going to an old address. The company automatically deducted this higher amount and included a twenty dollar express international shipping charge that I would never have requested. I immediately cancelled everything and sent an email asking for clarification. It's been several weeks now with no response, and the order itself still hasn't arrived either. I never even got tracking information, so I have no idea what happened. I've sent another email trying to get answers. Like other reviewers mentioned, the live chat feature doesn't seem to work, so email is literally your only option for contacting them.

Highly recommend this brand! The products are excellent, they use eco friendly packaging, and their customer service is really helpful. Plus the ingredient quality is outstanding.
