How does that happen when I reserved so far out? I already paid my deposit and the full amount! They offered to reschedule at 10% off, which is basically insulting on that amount of money. Plus they wanted to move the date to a more expensive slot. Their pricing jumps around depending on the day and time, and they were trying to charge me extra. That date was the only one that worked because it was my only day off that wasn't going to cost hundreds more, and I couldn't miss it. This company is a complete rip off. You can't just shuffle around a whole move like that. The person who called offered to get a manager but came back saying the same thing. When I pointed that out, he claimed to get the manager again. Same thing twice more. Terrible support from top to bottom. I asked for my full refund with the deposit included but got nowhere.
Moving day turned out to be surprisingly easy and relaxed. The crew was personable, careful with everything, and wrapped up faster than expected. They made the whole experience so much less stressful.

The crew did complete the work and acted professionally, but they didn't follow most of my instructions due to communication issues and ended up damaging parts of my home. They were rough with belongings. The supervisor actually watched me fill out my initial feedback and pressured me for a tip, claiming their pay wasn't adequate. I won't be using this company again.
