The pictures look great but the actual products are cheap and poorly made. I ordered some shirts back in early November and they still haven't shipped. When you try to contact customer service, you just get routed to weird messages about insurance and senior programs instead of talking to a real person. I've heard through other sources they might be out of business but keep taking orders anyway. I'm contacting my bank for a refund if I don't get my stuff soon. Skip this place if you want quality merchandise.

The Force Recon shirt I got was awful. Super thin cheap material and the collar was way too large with a tiny trim. Made in Bangladesh and honestly disrespectful to veterans like me. No wonder the company is having problems.

Ordered a license plate two months ago and was told it was on back order. Still waiting. The customer service number doesn't work and my emails go unanswered. I won't buy from them again and I'm warning others to be careful with their orders here.

I was hesitant after reading all the bad reviews but reached out to the company to ask. They explained that their physical location got damaged in terrible storms and their phones went down. They promised my order would be handled and shipped. A week later it showed up and I love what I got. I really appreciate them taking the time to explain what happened and why people had been leaving negative comments.

Ordered a belt with overnight air on Thursday at 3:31pm even though I knew the cutoff was 2pm. I emailed to ask about getting it by Monday but got no response Thursday, Friday, or the weekend. By Monday my tracking showed it wasn't shipped. I emailed again apologizing for my frustration and asking why it wasn't sent Friday, threatening to have my credit card company cancel it. They responded in five minutes but only to my first question, saying it would ship that day at 12:09pm. I'd asked if they were closed Friday but got no answer on that. The phone number wasn't working either.

Really upset with how bad the service and communication is at this company. I bought a shirt and paid extra for 2-day air. Over a week later it still hasn't left their warehouse. I've reached out repeatedly with no reply. The only emails I get are marketing stuff. The phone numbers don't work anymore. As a Marine vet I'm disgusted and won't be ordering from them again. Now I have to figure out how to get my money back.

Watch out before you buy from here. As a veteran I picked up a 3x5 Marine flag and when it arrived the logo was only on one side. I thought it came printed both ways but the website didn't say or show that. I called to complain and they said that's just how it is. They offered a full refund but I had to mail it back without a return label so I paid for shipping. They asked me to tell them the shipping cost so they could pay me back. After they got it they emailed a refund amount that made no sense. They also never included the shipping I paid. When I asked about the missing money and shipping refund, they said since nothing was wrong with the flag and it was my choice to return it, I had to cover the shipping costs. Bottom line: they short-changed me on the refund and never paid back my shipping costs like they promised.

Giving it one star because lower isn't an option. Years back I ordered a tee and a veteran hat and loved both. Ordered the same hat on 9/3/24 and it said back order. Three weeks later I still haven't gotten it and it's not even on the website anymore. Finally going to request my money back.

Another company with zero customer service. If you're a veteran, save your cash. They don't give back to veteran charities and the whole operation is a joke. They charge way too much for shipping and take forever processing orders. We keep them going financially but we could also shut them down if we stopped.

When this company first started I thought the prices were steep but Marines appreciate quality products. My latest order and last one will ever be was a disaster. I wanted a custom black tshirt with 0351 BAZOOKA on one line and ASSAULT MAN below it. They said sure. They sent it with both words crammed together as one long line. I called and they admitted the mistake. The replacement came in a terrible color with bad printing. Don't order from this outfit if you want decent quality. Loyalty should mean something.

Placed an order on 12/21/24 and got part of it a few weeks later. Now it's mid-March and I'm still waiting for the rest. I've called multiple times and keep getting the runaround about back orders. I ordered duplicate ribbons and badges to attach to a Marine coat but it's too late now since it's spring. The customer service rep was really rude and said I could cancel the balance but I already got half of my stuff and it's been too long to send it back. This is no way to run a business and I'll never come back.

Wow, I wish I'd read the reviews first too. How do they get to be associated with the Marine Corps at all. I ordered a walking cane on Feb 11th and I actually need it because I'm recovering from surgery, not as some decorative thing. It's now March 4th. Don't buy anything from them no matter how much you want the item. I'm trying to get my forty dollar refund now and still nobody is responding to emails.

Should have looked at reviews first. Don't waste your cash here. I ordered on December 29th and only got one of my four items. When I tried to follow up, they didn't even bother responding.
