At 6:40pm I overheard a stylist say another 10 minutes, so I just left. Nobody made any effort to acknowledge me the whole time, and my appointment seemed pointless. I was really excited about getting my hair done and being treated like I wasn't even there was incredibly frustrating.

The people at this location lack any real competence and their communication is seriously deficient. I won't be going back. My appointment was scheduled for 2pm. I got there at 1:40pm, checked in at 1:50pm after waiting for someone, and then at 2:25pm they randomly asked if I was checked in. By that point I was livid and walked out. Turns out they couldn't locate my name in their computer. Completely incompetent.
