Never received my international package, and we even have proof from the carrier showing it went to the wrong address. They told us to have the company file a claim with the shipper. But the company has disappeared and won't contact the carrier or issue a refund. I'm out a significant amount of money and can say with certainty we will never order from them again. Honestly, I don't think they care one bit anyway.

Sketchy and unhelpful company. I ordered two products. Delivery was super slow, and when one finally showed up in a flimsy gray bag barely bigger than the bottle itself, I ripped it open and found just one item. The second item was missing. After waiting several more days, I emailed asking about it. When I tried to track the order online, I kept getting error messages. Obviously no one was reading my emails because I got back a generic template telling me to send photos of the box, the product, and the packaging. But there was no box. It came in a bag. I sent them pictures of the vitamin bottle I got, but they sent the exact same template response again. At this point I don't even want the second item anymore, I just want my money back. This feels like they're deliberately ignoring me and avoiding their responsibility. I can't track my delivery because of constant errors, and they won't address any of my concerns or process a refund.

WATCH OUT. I've noticed these vitamins are causing me to feel unusually tired and sleep way too much at night. After stopping them for a week, my energy came right back. I researched the ingredients and found that one of the amino acids is actually used to help people with insomnia sleep better. When I reached out to customer service about this, they got upset and refused my return request. Turns out they quietly switched their return policy from 30 days after you get the product to 30 days from when you buy it, which made me ineligible. I won't be ordering from them again.

I've never experienced worse customer service. The product didn't work for me at all. I ordered enough for four months, used it for two weeks, and sent everything back in the original packaging including three unopened bottles and one I'd started. I emailed them with tracking when I shipped it back and they confirmed they'd refund me once it arrived. A week after delivery, I followed up and they said to wait fourteen business days. I waited way longer than that and they then refused to refund me because my package arrived one day past the one month mark from my order date. That policy is misleading because it doesn't account for how long shipping takes both ways. It was literally just one day late. I wasted a hundred dollars plus another twelve for return shipping and they won't give it back for my unopened items. I've emailed multiple times and even spoke with a manager who was incredibly rude and disrespectful, talking over me the entire time. She kept saying how many people complain about this same thing. If that's the case, fix the problem instead of blaming customers. This company is dishonest, disrespectful, and greedy. I work hard for my money and they clearly don't care about treating customers right.

Shipping to my country costs way too much with unclear pricing options and zero explanation for the difference. When I actually needed to reach customer support during an urgent situation, it took over two days to hear back. Then the product didn't smell like the YouTubers described, and the pump bottles are really poorly made. You can't even lock them properly. I probably won't order again even though the product does help my hair grow, which is frustrating.
