Never received my international package, and we even have proof from the carrier showing it went to the wrong address. They told us to have the company file a claim with the shipper. But the company has disappeared and won't contact the carrier or issue a refund. I'm out a significant amount of money and can say with certainty we will never order from them again. Honestly, I don't think they care one bit anyway.

Love this product so much. I've been using these hair vitamins on and off since 2013. I just reordered because my hair got thin from wearing braids and lace fronts. This brand is always my first choice when I want healthy hair growth. Really works for me.

Disappointing experience with this company. I'd been ordering from them for years, but they recently changed their shipping carrier for international orders. They used a third party shipper and it was a total disaster. My package never arrived after two months, and neither the shipper nor the company could tell me where it went or offer any compensation. When I contacted them directly, responses were slow and eventually stopped completely. I'm really let down by how they handled this. I won't be buying from them again.

Love what this product does for me. I've been using it for three years now. I wore a lot of braids which really damaged my hair and made it thin. Once I stopped braiding and started taking this, my hair got thicker, stronger, and started growing back. Definitely recommend it.

I've been a loyal customer since the beginning, but things have really changed for the worse. I switched to a P.O. Box that only takes specific courier deliveries, so I contacted them about shipping options. They said they'd look into it, but I never heard back. I know other big companies handle this kind of request really well, so I expected the same level of service. It's frustrating to feel ignored, especially when I've always stood by this brand. Long-time customers should get better treatment than this.

This feels like a scam to me. I never got my order, the phone line doesn't work, and the email support keeps sending broken links. Stay away from this company.

Sketchy and unhelpful company. I ordered two products. Delivery was super slow, and when one finally showed up in a flimsy gray bag barely bigger than the bottle itself, I ripped it open and found just one item. The second item was missing. After waiting several more days, I emailed asking about it. When I tried to track the order online, I kept getting error messages. Obviously no one was reading my emails because I got back a generic template telling me to send photos of the box, the product, and the packaging. But there was no box. It came in a bag. I sent them pictures of the vitamin bottle I got, but they sent the exact same template response again. At this point I don't even want the second item anymore, I just want my money back. This feels like they're deliberately ignoring me and avoiding their responsibility. I can't track my delivery because of constant errors, and they won't address any of my concerns or process a refund.

WATCH OUT. I've noticed these vitamins are causing me to feel unusually tired and sleep way too much at night. After stopping them for a week, my energy came right back. I researched the ingredients and found that one of the amino acids is actually used to help people with insomnia sleep better. When I reached out to customer service about this, they got upset and refused my return request. Turns out they quietly switched their return policy from 30 days after you get the product to 30 days from when you buy it, which made me ineligible. I won't be ordering from them again.

Thanks so much for helping my hair recover! The customer service team is really great and the product quality is excellent. I saw results pretty quickly and I'm super grateful for this brand.
