They don't offer a satisfaction guarantee. I wanted to return an air fryer because the analog dials weren't precise enough for what I needed. They said I could ship it back but warned me that if their testing showed it was working within spec, I'd have to pay return shipping and they'd send it back to me. I wasn't going to roll the dice on that. If you want actual customer satisfaction and easy returns, go with Amazon or somewhere else that actually gets it.
This brand has been nothing but a letdown from start to finish. I've had several Hamilton Beach hot water urns and every single one quit within a few months. When they replace them, they send refurbished units that break just as fast, and they clearly don't care about fixing the actual problem. The warranty basically becomes useless after they swap out the unit, even if that replacement fails right away. I didn't expect to get just six months of use out of an appliance. The products are faulty and their customer service does the bare minimum and nothing more. They don't take any real responsibility. Don't waste your money here. I'm never touching this brand again.
