The customer service here is really disappointing. I sent back an item a full month ago and still haven't gotten my refund. The shipping takes forever and the whole returns process is just a mess.

Got a set that included a bodysuit and pants but the pants never showed up. When I tried to return it or get my money back, the company flat out refused to help.

I waited almost three weeks for my order and when it finally arrived, everything was wrong. Thanks a lot for ruining our Christmas pajama matching idea.

I was really looking forward to these pajamas. We're fans of The Nightmare Before Christmas so I got a set for myself and my husband. Right when they arrived, they had a terrible smell to them. I washed them once following the care label instructions. The black dye bled all over the white trim, the fabric started pilling everywhere, and there are loose threads all over. I can't believe how bad they look after just one wash. I left a product review and got a response asking for details. I emailed customer service like they asked and they completely ignored me. Total waste of time. For the price they're charging, this is absolutely unacceptable customer service. I can't recommend spending money on this at all.

The dress itself was cute and I ordered it as a gift for my friend's daughter. It came with a strong chemical smell though. I paid extra for expedited shipping but it arrived late anyway. When I sent it back, they charged me seven dollars fifty for the return and didn't refund the expedited shipping either. This feels like a total scam. There are way better places to shop. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Hanna Anderson used to have excellent customer service but something's changed. I placed an order just before midnight and saw a sale start right at midnight that made everything way cheaper. I sent an email to customer service within thirty minutes asking about a price adjustment and then called first thing in the morning, just six hours after ordering, to explain and ask again. After waiting ten minutes on hold, the rep told me they don't do price adjustments and I'd have to return everything and place a new order. I asked if they could just cancel it instead and got a no on that too. I get that there needs to be a timeframe for requests, but this really seemed like a situation that deserved an exception.

I made two orders the same day for my grandsons who live in different areas. One order was under fifty dollars and I paid for shipping, the other was ninety five dollars and shipped out quick. The smaller one with the shipping charge still hasn't left the warehouse. It's not okay that my four grandsons will get their pajamas at totally different times. I've read plenty of complaints about shipping here so I'm not ordering from them again for holiday pajamas. The customer service person was kind of rude too, like she was just reading from a script. Not a great experience overall.

My order took way longer than expected and got stuck in another state for over a week. I called customer service twice and they wouldn't refund me, just told me to wait it out. The tracking information from Hanna Anderson doesn't help at all. They create a shipping label and then the package just sits waiting for the carrier to pick it up for a whole week. When I called customer service about this, they acted like it was totally normal.

The clothing quality is good overall. Haven't put them through the wash yet but I noticed that most items need special care instructions to keep from shrinking. The two hooded flannels I ordered aren't super thick but they're thicker than a regular cotton shirt. I like having variety. As a dad of boys in an area without many shopping choices, it's nice to find stores with unique options you can't get at the big chain stores. I'll definitely shop here again. Their regular prices are steep for me but the sale prices fit my budget. My boys give them thumbs up. They fit true to size, maybe even a tiny bit big, but that's better than too tight. I bought summer and spring stuff so the sizing will work out fine. Just make sure you read all the product details carefully. I thought I was buying a tank and shorts set based on the pictures, but turns out it was just the tank. That's on me for skimming the description.

Really disappointed with the Christmas socks. They're not the quality I remember from before. Also, the sizing is off. They come out way too small.

Terrible experience here. Like other people mention, you can't cancel or change an order even if you placed it just a few hours ago and it hasn't shipped yet. Instead they make you pay five dollars to return it. How difficult is it to cancel or update an order that's still being processed? Nope, they'd rather squeeze more money out of customers to do a return. It's ridiculous.

The quality used to be great but now it's terrible. My daughter wore her leggings one time and they ripped. It's really frustrating since she was so excited about them because they had such cute material.

Their pricing strategy is really strange and I'm done shopping there. It's insulting how they mark things up just so they can turn around and advertise a percentage off. Up one day, down the next like we can't see through it. Not falling for it anymore. There are plenty of other respected kids clothing companies out there that I'll order from instead.
