I purchased matching sandals for myself and my daughter on the European site. They didn't make it clear that the sizes shown weren't European measurements. I asked to exchange my daughter's pair since mine were much too large. Sure, they said I could return them, but that would cost me 10 EUR plus another 10 EUR for the replacement - basically doubling the cost of a 20 EUR pair of kids shoes. That's insane. I'm sending both pairs back and switching to a different brand. Also, the colors and patterns don't look anything like the pictures on their website.

My online purchase arrived in used condition. When I requested a refund, they wanted pictures as proof. I provided the pictures and then heard nothing back. So I paid for new flip flops and got used ones covered in scratches and marks instead. Steer clear of this brand.

Downright dreadful experience. I bought an expensive pair of flip flops for my spouse back in March in her normal size. Right after wearing them she got blisters between her toes. The actual fit was completely different from all her other pairs, even though they were labeled the same size. This company has zero quality control when it comes to sizing. They won't even reply to my messages. We've been loyal customers buying many pairs over the years but this is the last straw. We're done with them.

Prices keep going up like they're some fancy luxury brand, but the actual quality keeps dropping. You're lucky to get 2 months before a pair falls apart. And the customer service is rude and unhelpful. My recent order showed up looking like it had been worn already or dragged through the warehouse. It's sad watching what used to be an amazing brand fall apart.

Any legitimate company would cover return shipping or just replace it at no cost. They're completely ignoring customer rights and it's the worst support I've ever dealt with. I'm not dropping this - I'm escalating it because this is absolutely ridiculous. I shouldn't have to pay to return broken merchandise they sold me. I'm demanding my money back for this garbage. This will be my last purchase from them.

By August all three pairs had the thong material completely separate and fall apart. Totally ruined. I contacted them with photos, but since it was past the 60-day window they refused to help. The official Havaianas site delivered absolutely awful service. I've purchased plenty of flip flops from Office shoes before, but this was my first order straight from Havaianas. If you want Havaianas, get them in a store where you can try them on first. The website isn't trustworthy.

Hands down the worst customer service ever - my order never arrived and I still don't have my refund.

I placed an order for a size 42 and received size 44 instead. They claimed it was the European size, but I've never experienced this issue with international orders before. Getting someone on customer service is a nightmare - they're constantly on break. Reaching them took several attempts and multiple calls. They said the return was free, but surprise - it wasn't free at all and I still had to cover shipping costs even though they promised otherwise. When I tried to follow up, good luck getting through again. Really upset that their error ended up costing me money. I can't recommend ordering from their website.

I ordered several pairs of Havaianas and one arrived defective. The straps were twisted and when I wore them they cut into my foot, causing real pain. After just 5 minutes of walking they would start breaking the skin. I filed a complaint through their website form and got this response: they said the straps aren't actually defective, they just need adjustment by hand. Apparently since rubber is flexible, the straps lose their shape in the box. Their suggestion? Just position them how they should be and clip them down overnight. Or use a hair dryer to speed things up. This is completely unacceptable. They're telling me I have to fix their faulty product myself. That's not how quality control should work.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE Their customer service is terrible. Plus if your order comes in the wrong size they won't exchange it because they don't want to cover the shipping cost.

WARNING DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE I got 3 pairs and only 1 was correct. The second pair was damaged. They told me I could keep it and they'd send a refund eventually, though who knows when that'll actually happen. The third pair came in the wrong size - I ordered size 35 and got size 33. The website's size chart clearly shows UK size 3 is a 35, which is what I ordered based on my UK sizing. They keep insisting I ordered European size 35 which is false. There's nothing on the site saying I was ordering European sizes. They refuse to acknowledge the mistake and won't issue a refund even though I sent them pictures proving the size is wrong. I've filed a dispute with my credit card company. These people are trying to rip you off and don't care at all. Use a credit card if you absolutely must order from here so you have buyer protection.
