This is the most irresponsible thing I've witnessed. I placed an order that got completely messed up and what I ordered ended up being shipped from England to Turkey to China and back to Turkey and then back to England. Now they can't locate such a small package and refuse to refund the $290. With management problems like this at such a small operation, you're going to struggle to move forward and lose customers.

I can't figure out why Hervia offers free shipping worldwide but charges UK customers extra. And then their shipping and handling costs are ridiculous with incredibly slow delivery within their own country? Do you work with UK customs in a way that hurts people paying VAT and taxes that fund your business?
No actual money refunds!! If you're shopping from outside the UK, check their return policy before buying because they only offer store credit for six months on returns. Shop somewhere else instead.
