What Shoppers Say About Hervia
Hervia is rated 1.6 out of 5 by 13 shoppers, and the overwhelming majority of reviews are highly negative. Shoppers report serious operational issues including orders stuck in processing for extended periods, packages lost or redirected through multiple countries without resolution, refused refunds, and poor customer service that ignores inquiries and fails to confirm item receipt. Multiple reviewers also mention security concerns, with one reporting card information was compromised after the site redirected to herviashop.com.
The few positive aspects mentioned are limited, with a small percentage of shoppers rating the site highly, though their feedback is not detailed in recent reviews. Shoppers consistently advise against ordering from Hervia due to unreliable fulfillment, lack of return support, unresolved payment issues, and unresponsive customer service. The site appears to have significant operational challenges ranging from inventory management to order tracking and refund processing.

Sorted by: Most recentWatch out! The site redirects you to herviashop.com and my card information was compromised. Thankfully my bank blocked all the suspicious charges. This is definitely not the legitimate Hervia operation from Manchester.
Your order gets cancelled without warning. I'm still waiting for my payment to come back? It's been quite a while now.
This is the most irresponsible thing I've witnessed. I placed an order that got completely messed up and what I ordered ended up being shipped from England to Turkey to China and back to Turkey and then back to England. Now they can't locate such a small package and refuse to refund the $290. With management problems like this at such a small operation, you're going to struggle to move forward and lose customers.
Hands down the worst shopping experience I've had. Ordered shoes and they claimed the stock was somewhere getting prepared for two weeks. They apparently don't handle returns, so you have to cover that cost yourself and manage it all. Their operations seem stuck in a previous era. I'd skip ordering from them.
Customer service here is really poor. They ignore your questions and when you try to return something, they just disappear. There's no confirmation of receiving your items back and you don't get your money refunded.
I don't trust this company at all. Almost two weeks have passed since I bought something and my order is still showing as being processed. They say they misplaced stock while relocating but found two out of my three items. They promised express shipping on those items and said they'd refund the missing one, but nothing's been sent and no refund has shown up. They don't answer emails, their contact form goes nowhere, and their phone line is hardly ever on or answered. I'm thinking about reporting them to UK trading standards. If you're considering ordering from here, I'd really think twice based on what I've been dealing with.
I don't get what some people are complaining about. My shopping experience went really well. Delivery was quick, the products were great, and nothing went wrong. Props to Hervia!
Avoid this company! The customer service is terrible and responses take forever.
I can't figure out why Hervia offers free shipping worldwide but charges UK customers extra. And then their shipping and handling costs are ridiculous with incredibly slow delivery within their own country? Do you work with UK customs in a way that hurts people paying VAT and taxes that fund your business?
