Can't believe a business would turn away a customer for needing the restroom and risk losing a $300 shoe sale. I'll be shopping elsewhere for my footwear.

Got my order with the security tag still attached. They told me to send it back but wanted to charge me eighteen to twenty dollars extra. Super disappointed and upset about how they handled their own mistake. This company doesn't deserve even one star.

Ordered shoes in store for delivery to my house. After a long wait, I went back and found out they couldn't complete it. Both customer service and the store gave me the runaround about who could refund me. The system wouldn't let anyone process the return. Still no shoes, still no refund, and now I'm disputing it with my bank.

The customer service here is terrible. I'm surprised this company even stays open. My shipment has been stuck for four days with no updates. When I asked about a refund, the rep said I need to wait six more days and then hung up.
