The quality of these phones is really poor and they barely function properly. Photos and videos are awful - they look and sound like they were taken on something from over a hundred years ago. The microphone and camera hardware are literally the worst I've ever encountered, and I've used plenty of budget phones that were significantly better. I won't buy Honor again and I'm not recommending them to anyone else. These phones must cost pennies to manufacture based on how they perform.
This company deserves zero stars if that were possible. When buying their phone online, there's a link to trade in your old device through a trade-in company. I sent my old phone to an address listed and got no updates or payment after two weeks. When I contacted Honor, they just kept sending me back to that trade-in company's link. Honor needs to take responsibility since they're the ones promoting this on their site. Customers should be careful - these two operations are misleading people.
I'm based in Scotland and wanted to get a Honor Laptop. The website gave me trouble and I finally sent an email to sort it out. Turns out they won't ship to Scotland even though their warehouse is in Reading. I'm in central Scotland where delivery services are actually quite good. It's pretty disappointing that they've decided to exclude Scotland from their service area.

Ordered the Honor Magic V5 from their website because they were offering several free items. When the package showed up and I opened it, the phone wasn't inside. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times and referenced the consumer rights act 2015, but they completely ignored me. The police won't help since they don't see it as a crime, and PayPal rejected my dispute after Honor provided them with tracking information. Citizens Advice has been really supportive though, and I'm currently working toward getting a court date to protect my rights under the consumer rights act 2015. This is genuinely the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I'm warning everyone to stay away from them. Has anyone else dealt with this? If so, were you able to get your money back?

I was pretty hesitant about buying the Honor MagicPad2 because of the reviews I read here, but Computer Active recommended it at 499. I decided to order directly from Honor and got it for 399 with complimentary pen and keyboard. I placed my order in mid January and it arrived two days later. Shipping was included. Both the keyboard and pen showed up in the box. So far everything is working great. The screen quality and audio really impress me. Taking the gamble at that price point has worked out well, so 5 stars so far.

I'm shocked by all the bad reviews because my experience has been the opposite. I got a honor 90 back in August 2023 and it's been the best phone I've ever owned. My partner who's always been loyal to Samsung was so impressed they picked one up too, and my sister did as well. I had a couple questions and the support team cleared them up quickly through chat. Shipping was next day and super quick. You can find little discount codes floating around if you look for them. Don't let the negative feedback scare you away. If you want an excellent camera and great performance, the honor 90 is the right choice. One thing I will mention is that with my 12gb ram and 512gb storage, gaming does drain the battery a bit faster than my old Motorola Edge, though that's probably because this phone is using more resources with the higher specs. My only real gripe is that for the specs on the honor 90, they could've included a slightly larger battery capacity than 5000, and finding screen protectors for it has been surprisingly difficult.
