It's all accurate what folks say regarding the support team at Straight Talk. They have poor communication and clearly don't care about fixing your issues. You can sense pretty quickly if a rep is willing to actually help or not. They'll go in circles, waste your minutes, push extra stuff on you, won't provide their info, and do pretty much anything except assist. I'd strongly suggest picking literally any other carrier instead.
