Apparently you pay through mind control at the store I went to. I was looking for some track pants and spent a lot of time walking around looking for where to pay. All the checkout systems had error messages showing. They seem to expect customers to handle everything themselves including taking off the security tags. That location is a total mess and I won't be setting foot in an store again.

Maybe you can pay using telekinesis at the location I went to. I went in to grab some sweatpants and wandered around forever looking for a checkout. The payment terminals all had error messages on them. Guess they expect everyone to use self checkout and somehow remove the security tags themselves. I'm staying far away from their stores now. This would get a negative rating if that were possible. I had the exact same issue as another customer trying to purchase gift cards for relatives before Christmas to use a promotional credit. Every time I tried to pay, the website rejected the transaction, regardless of which payment method I tried. I got their support involved and while one person said they knew about the issue, they then asked me to help them troubleshoot it. They requested timestamps, emails, names, IP addresses and other info even though I'd already explained my whole situation multiple times. No one seemed to have actually read my previous messages. I'm sure they lost tons of Christmas sales because of this broken system. For a company their size, having support staff who make spelling mistakes is pretty embarrassing.

If negative reviews were possible, this would deserve the worst possible rating. I have no idea how many customers they lost during the holidays because of this broken system, but there should have been real consequences for this. A billion dollar corporation shouldn't have reps who make basic spelling errors.
