Promo Code Not Working? Try This
- Verify the code has not expired by checking the offer details on RetailCoupons.com before applying it.
- Confirm you are shopping on hunterboots.com and not a third-party retailer, as codes may be store-specific.
- Check whether the code applies only to certain product categories or shoe styles, as some offers have restrictions.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try entering the code again, as technical glitches sometimes prevent proper application.
- Ensure you have not already redeemed a one-time-use code on your account if the site limits codes per customer.
- Contact Hunter Boots customer service with your code and order details if the discount still will not apply after troubleshooting.

Hunter Boots Reviews
Hunter Boots is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 18 shoppers, with strong positive sentiment offset by notable service and operational concerns. Satisfied customers praise the quality and durability of the products themselves, noting that boots and jackets deliver on build quality and comfort for long-term wear. However, recurring complaints center on sizing inconsistencies (boots running small and tight around the calf), substantial return shipping costs that shoppers must bear, slow and unresponsive customer service, and delivery issues where the company sides with carriers over customers despite documentation problems.
A significant friction point for shoppers is the two-way return shipping cost, which some report as £8 to £20, making returns financially burdensome when sizing doesn't work out. Several customers also report difficulty reaching support by phone and long waits for email responses. While the core product quality appears solid for those who get the right fit, the post-purchase experience and return process create frustration that detracts from the overall brand experience. Prospective buyers should carefully verify sizing before ordering and factor return costs into their purchase decision.
Heads up: fake Hunter websites out there posing as official stores. My partner and I tried ordering from what we thought were legitimate French Hunter retailers but got scammed. We made multiple purchases attempts, each over €100, and got no confirmation. We had to cancel our cards and dispute the charges through our bank. It was really stressful because we were on the fence about Hunter versus other brands. I wanted to post this as a warning and let the company know these fraudulent sites exist and hurt their reputation. Always verify you're on the real site before you buy anything
Agree with other complaints out there. They don't seem to pay attention to feedback. Sizing runs small, which is frustrating. Plus you pay for shipping both ways if you need to return, so I'm out over £11 and have nothing to show for it. The quality doesn't justify the cost. I'd skip them
Honestly some of the worst service I've ever gotten. The delivery person said it was left outside a door but the picture shows a completely different address on a visible sign. Hunter is standing by the delivery claim and refusing to give me my money back. I can't reach anyone by phone and have to wait forever for email responses. I'm done shopping with their website
Had a terrible time with this. Boots came in and they were way too tight around the calf area even though I have normal sized calves and wear a medium to large. If you're not petite, these probably won't work. But here's the real problem - returning them costs you money! Sending back a bulky box runs about £8 basic or £20 if you want it insured (and if it gets lost, that's on you). You end up paying for the original delivery AND the return, which is nuts for something that doesn't fit. Once they give you your money back, they also deduct their shipping to you, so you're basically paying twice. Totally unacceptable!! Stay away. I've never come across such a horrible return process in my life
Great to still be able to get these boots! My old pair from decades ago finally gave out and I found Hunter makes the same style. Got my usual size but it was a bit snug on my larger foot, though the extra room at the toes kept everything comfortable. These are lighter than my old ones and I can wear them hiking or gardening all day without any soreness. Hoping these last another 30 years
Really happy with this jacket. Size is accurate, excellent build, and the whole buying process was smooth
Being totally honest, I'm a Hunter fan. Grabbed their clogs and honestly shouldn't be surprised I'm equally obsessed. Built tough and lined with cozy fleece. I'm now completely hooked on them
This is my first pair and they've been fantastic. Finding comfortable footwear is usually impossible for me because my feet are sensitive, but these are genuinely pleasant to wear. I'm really satisfied with what I got
Really pleased with how well made these are. Shipping was quick enough and packaging was solid. Site is easy to use too
Excellent value for the money, shipped really quickly. I'm just over 5 feet tall and the fit length works perfectly! The shade they sent is gorgeous. Excited to wear them on the next rainy day
Really impressed with this company overall. Communication is excellent and things ship out super fast, though I have to mention the box arrived in terrible shape with rips and damage
Excellent winter boots. People say they run narrow, but I have wide feet and they fit great. Really well made. Totally worth the investment
