This website seems almost fraudulent. I placed an order and paid, but heard nothing after that. Tried emailing twice and never got replies. The level of unprofessionalism is incredible. Whatever they were thinking when they built this shop, I don't know, but I'm never ordering from there again. Worst experience with any brand.

Put in my order in mid-August and it's now early September with nothing received. The email said to expect it by mid-August but that didn't happen. They're basically lying about their timelines. Yeah maybe the shipping company is partly responsible but where's the customer service? Where's someone keeping me updated? That's what really gets to me, the complete lack of communication.

Twelve days in and still no delivery. The support team won't respond. This was supposed to be a summer wetsuit but at this pace I might not even use it this season. It wasn't cheap either!

Never got my stuff. Customer support wasn't helpful at all, just kept saying it was coming. It never showed up.

These flip flops are complete garbage. The strap on one busted right through and the sole came apart on the other after just seven days of regular wear. I wouldn't recommend this brand to anyone. Won't be buying from them ever again.

Didn't end up with what I paid for. They're a pain to work with and don't really care about their customers. One star is actually too generous. Just avoid them.

Got a wetsuit that arrived with damage around the collar area. They said they'd take it back and promised a full refund plus they'd cover the return shipping cost. I was hunting for a swimming shirt that didn't look or feel like your typical swimmers. Got the Hurley rash guard in that light color along with matching shorts. Material is really well-made, super comfortable, and the seams are perfect with nice breathability. Sprang for expedited shipping and received it in just two days, which was perfect. Only downside is that shirt design only shows up in one pattern. If they offered more color and pattern options I'd definitely stock up. Attention company, seriously consider expanding the patterns on this one!

Their online shopping experience is awful. Been waiting a month for my purchase to come through with no real idea when or if it'll actually arrive. Meanwhile they slashed prices on stuff I already bought but won't adjust what I paid. And I still don't even have the items! Seems weird they don't have online reviews showing anywhere.

Stay away from buying straight from their website! They push optional coverage on items for extra cash when the loss is already factored into how much they're charging. And get this, it's per item not per order so if you don't buy it on everything, you're out of luck. On top of that they use a shipping company and you cover those fees too. If your package doesn't show and you didn't pay for their coverage, they tell you to call the shipper yourself. Good luck fighting that battle!

Would give zero stars if I could. This was seriously the worst shopping experience I've had online. Placed my order almost four weeks ago and still nothing has shown up. Customer service responses were pretty rough too. Just find somewhere else to shop.
