Bought a PC that arrived dead and was purchased directly from their website within the warranty period. They rejected multiple refund requests saying we needed to troubleshoot the issue before they would consider a return. After submitting three separate warranty repair requests and talking to a supervisor for 45 minutes, I was informed that declining my refund was reasonable and then had to listen to a lecture about the definition of reasonable while being interrupted repeatedly.
