So here's the thing, I'm probably not what you'd call a normal customer for them. Two years ago my daughter got one with our dog as Princess Leia and we were obsessed. The next year I decided to grab ones of my wife and me as a holiday gift for her. Well, wouldn't you know it our daughter thought she was left out! Long story short, I ended up making a portrait for basically every family member, including some who have passed on. We ended up with 34 total portraits all over the house, all done as Star Wars characters. Some are the same character twice. It's honestly the most awesome collection. And seeing family members who died two decades ago smiling back at you while holding a lightsaber is something really special. For people wondering, yeah if you're ordering a bunch and ask nicely they'll work out a deal. We absolutely adore these things.
Good quality work. The image was a bit fuzzy up close, but that was likely my phone's issue since it takes lower resolution photos. They stayed in touch through email at every point along the way. Really dig the final product. One thing though, there's no phone line to call if you need help. I wanted to request a change but wasn't sure how to reach them online. Would be nice to have a phone option. Still giving 5 stars though, great stuff!
