I got my watch through a forwarding service that eventually redirected it to me overseas. When the package finally came, I gently pushed the crown to adjust it, but the hands wouldn't move and the crown along with its mechanism just came loose in my hand. Do these watches actually go through quality checks before they're sent out? Now I'm stuck with a broken watch and sending it back for repairs or replacement would cost several times what the shipping fee is. Can you explain what happened here?

Their website says orders get prepared in one business day, but that's apparently only to charge your card. After I placed my order in late November and got immediate payment confirmation, they promised quick processing. I got a tracking number the next day, but nothing ever shipped. For over two weeks the status just sat on 'in preparation' with absolutely zero communication back. No messages, no replies to emails or chat requests. Good thing I used a credit card so I can dispute it if they don't respond soon.

They charged me for my order, but then customer service kept giving me false info about where it was for weeks before saying they didn't have stock. This outfit seems like a scam operation where they hold onto your cash, collect interest while claiming items are on the way, and eventually return the money. Classic interest-based scheme.

I got my order but it was incomplete. I'm short one item that I already paid for. The whole process for obtaining the necessary documentation was never explained upfront, and the information desk was abandoned when I needed help, which almost made me miss my flight. If my vehicle gets removed from that lot after I already paid, this whole thing becomes a complete waste. That parking location doesn't even acknowledge handicapped individuals with valid permits. I'm not saying avoid this place, but plan for at least two hours just to complete their paperwork. As a veteran and someone with a disability, it's frustrating going through all this just to park separately from the airport and use their shuttle service, which honestly doesn't save much time. Plus the shuttle operator just takes off and leaves you standing there sometimes. For a budget airport service, the whole setup feels pretty rude, and I'm worried my vehicle could end up getting towed since they never tell you everything upfront but still take your payment. You only find out about extra steps minutes before boarding. The online part is poorly organized and they won't remind you of your paid parking location either.
