I can't remember being this disappointed with a company before. This is the second time in six months I tried to get their Extra box and both times my order vanished. They won't give me a refund either. They took my cash and sent me nothing at all. It's wild how they can operate like this. Never again will I fall for it. Their service is absolutely awful. I'm going right back to another beauty subscription instead.

Haven't even made a purchase yet and already frustrated. You advertise starter deals for 2.50 and another one at 4 dollars but when I go to checkout it jumps to 35 dollars. If those super cheap starter prices aren't real, then why are you showing them in your ads?

I've spent almost two months trying to get help with a problem and honestly I'm just worn out at this point. My package never showed up and I've contacted them several times but nothing works. Every time I reach out through chat, it feels like they have no idea what I'm talking about even though this is my third message about the same missing delivery. Nobody knows what's already been done, and nothing gets fixed. I just want a replacement sent properly or my money back, but IPSY makes that seem impossible. The way they handle issues is frustrating and feels really unprofessional. I've tried to be patient but this whole thing has been pretty disappointing. I hope they actually start taking care of their customers.

Would give it zero if I could. Service moves at a snail's pace. Never got my December box in the mail. Didn't get the message to select what I wanted and I feel like I got totally taken advantage of and lost money.

This company ripped me off big time. From September through November, almost 650 dollars got charged to my card for purchases I didn't okay or ever get delivered. What they did wrong: They charged me multiple times without permission, which breaks consumer protection rules in multiple places. They said a replacement got shipped to me but I never got anything. They kept charging even after I asked to cancel, which isn't allowed. They messed up real bad by shipping a product to the wrong country and somehow charged me for something from 2024 in late 2025. Their refund policy is designed to make you lose your right to complain by dragging out responses until deadlines pass. This wasn't some accident. It's a system that's meant to take your cash and prevent you from getting it back through endless loops. I have proof of all of it. DO NOT use this service.

Customer service here is seriously impressive. They stick by their promises and make sure your order gets to you correctly. I realize not everyone enjoys the product selection and honestly I skip some stuff too, but the whole concept is sampling things you might not normally try. My individual product orders have always been correct and shipped fast.

Their customer service team really knows what they're doing. They back up what they promise and make sure orders arrive correctly. Sure, not every item in my box is something I'd pick, but that's literally the whole idea with a subscription. Everything I've ordered separately has shown up on time and without mistakes.

They took fantastic care of me when I had problems and fixed everything really quickly. Much appreciated.

The app does have some issues where it gets slow and freezes up when I'm browsing the store section. That being said, when I had missing items from an order, the support staff responded super fast and reshipped everything plus refunded me for what they couldn't send. Overall I'm satisfied and the customer service made up for the app problems so that's why I'm giving five stars.

My package got delivered to an old address by mistake, but the team at IPSY jumped on it right away and fixed things. Got my stuff today and couldn't be happier with how they handled it.
