Emailed their customer support team and got nothing back. This has to be fraudulent. I have screenshots of everything including my receipt and their order confirmation email but still no shipping info after ten days.
I'm going to keep reporting this company until something changes. Ordered two wigs a couple weeks ago because I needed them for my birthday coming up. Finally tracked them down and found out they're still processing and it'll take another three weeks, and nobody even bothered telling me this. Since I won't get them in time I'm asking for my refund. Definitely will never be ordering from here again.
I really didn't want to leave this review but I have to. Ordered a half wig back in October or November and was pumped to get it. This brand totally disappointed me. Every time I tried to reach out via email they gave me the runaround, and whenever I'd try posting reviews they'd delete them. I've spent way too much money on nothing. I want my money back. This isn't right and I'm not exaggerating. Please refund me and quit playing games.
Be careful because their wig quality is all over the place. I've been buying from them for years which this experience proves was a mistake because they clearly don't care about loyal customers. My seventh purchase from them, first time wearing the blonde, and it shed so badly the right front side is basically empty now. Looks like a bad haircut with a huge gap while the left side is full. The whole wig is uneven and no respectable woman would wear something like this. Tried contacting them multiple times and got nowhere until I posted on their social media. They deleted my comment but finally emailed back saying the wig looks perfect and I should keep wearing it. Seriously? You want me to look homeless? Be super careful before ordering from these people. I bought what was supposed to be a 12 inch wig but got something that looked like 8 or 10 inches instead. Didn't catch it right away so I went ahead and cut the lace already. When I tried sending it back, they rejected it saying they can't take it because I cut the lace. That part I get, but my real issue is why send me the wrong size to begin with. Ended up losing $140 because of their mistake. Make sure you know exactly what you're getting.
