I've gotten too many dead insects from this company and they tend to blame me rather than owning up to problems. I ordered pinhead and half inch crickets. The half inchers were oversized and the pinholes were undersized, so I placed another order for quarter inch. They sent the same size as the pinheads again. When I contacted them about it they insisted everything is the correct size even though it clearly isn't. They won't refund me for either the bad crickets or the shipping costs. Not cool how they handle complaints, especially considering how they manage their animals.
