They spell out where their ingredients come from and share complete nutrition info. Your pets deserve better than this. There are definitely superior choices out there.

The Sweet Potatoes Are Undercooked. I wanted to keep using the fish and sweet potato recipe, but the sweet potatoes aren't cooked properly. They look the same coming out as they do going in, which means your dog can't actually digest them. I've reached out to complain but they don't seem to care. They just dismiss the issue without taking it seriously.

Weight Discrepancy Is Unacceptable. I got their low protein hepatic diet that requires a vet prescription. The label said each package was 18 oz, and seven of them cost me 76 dollars. I figured it was worth it if it helps my dog's condition. Then I looked closer and noticed they mention different weights on their site, so I decided to weigh the package myself. It was 18 oz when frozen, sure, but once I thawed it out the food was extremely watery. I poured it through a strainer but couldn't get all the water out even when I squeezed it with my hands. When I put the actual food on the scale after draining as much as I could, it only weighed 12 oz. How is that fair? Are they charging me for the packaging and label and manufacturing or something? How can they claim 18 oz when you're really getting 12 oz or possibly even less? I emailed them about it and their response was to ask where I purchased it. That made no sense. I told them they're the ones who packed it, not some store. I'm probably going to make my own again since I refuse to pay for water. I'm looking for something low in copper, low in phosphates, and low in protein for his liver issues. I'll keep searching. I have photos of all this too.

Works Great for Healthy Pups. Since we switched our 9 year old Maltese over to this food, his fur is looking noticeably better, he gets fewer tear stains, and he just seems more active overall. He really enjoys eating it! We'd definitely suggest giving it a shot! Keep in mind though that this might get pricey if you've got a larger dog and it's their only food source.

More Like 'Keep Billing Me' and They Won't Stop. They should honestly rename themselves because they hold onto your card info and just keep running charges. The actual food is decent enough, but there are cheaper alternatives out there. My main complaint is how they operate. This fresh food is fantastic. And I'm thrilled about the new store! It's wonderful to see them expanding. I hope they open more spots around the country.

This Food Has Truly Extended My Pup's Life. My sweet Jayden is almost 14 now and folks are amazed. She's full of energy and absolutely goes crazy for this food. I tell all my dog-loving friends about them. I'm super thankful for what this company has done for her!
