Kedsdeutschland is a fake operation! There's zero customer service and no order tracking. I spent 80 euros on two shoes and have been waiting two months with nothing to show for it.
I'm having the same problem as other customers with shoes that fall apart and a 7.95 dollar deduction on returns. I figured the sale shoes weren't worth the hassle of sending back, but I might as well take the small hit. Sure, Keds makes nice looking shoes, but the quality has really gone downhill and doesn't match the price you're paying, even on sale. These shoes are basically unwearable and should be sold as defective items at bargain prices.
They sent me shoes with damage and then want you to pay to send them back. That's a straight up scam in my book. I'm not buying from them ever again.
Ordered white shoes for my daughter's school on August 13th and they got lost. The replacement pair was sent on August 23rd but didn't arrive until September 1st or later. Converse would have gotten them to me way faster. Go with them instead.

Terrible experience! I bought shoes for 28 and got charged double at 56! The site advertised free shipping but then there were no shipping options to choose from. I tried canceling within minutes and couldn't do it. Definitely avoid this place. These folks are not a legitimate Keds retailer!
Just be aware that if you need to return anything from an online order, they'll hit you with charges plus shipping costs too. Skip Keds and spend your money somewhere better.
Eight dollars just to return something? That's crazy and should be obvious before you buy. If I had known about the return fee, I never would have placed the order in the first place. The shoes ran tiny, so I had to send them back, and now I'm out almost eight bucks. That's basically a quarter of what I spent on them. Never shopping with them again.
