Don't buy from their website if you might need to return anything. I purchased a houndstooth jacket that arrived on time and looked great, but the size was too big. When I tried to return it for a smaller size, they said no because it was on sale. Now I'm stuck with a jacket I can't wear and no way to exchange it. I paid $119 for this thing. I can't even talk to anyone - their phone system just directs you to the website. I really like their women's clothing, but I'll never order online from them again. This exchange policy is ridiculous.

My warranty replacement for a suitcase was approved back in May with an expected tracking number in 2 to 3 weeks and delivery in 4 to 6 weeks. It's now July and I still have no tracking information, no responses to my follow-ups, and zero customer support. I need to know how to actually get my replacement or get my money back.

The sandals I ordered came in a size way too large even though I picked the correct size. When I asked for an exchange, Kenneth Cole refused to do it. Pretty frustrating.

Awful service all around. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and needed to exchange one for a different size. They refused to do the exchange, saying it was my mistake and not their responsibility. This is the worst customer experience I've had in a long time.

Their customer service is terrible and their return policy is even worse. When they say you get a full refund, you'd think that would actually mean full refund, but the overpriced shipping charges aren't included. It's pretty misleading.

The product photos are really nice and the quality is great.

UPDATED - I came here ready to leave one star because I bought my boyfriend a watch for Christmas that he didn't like. Since they advertise a 30 day refund policy, I decided to return it. It took way longer than expected to get my money back and I honestly thought it was gone. But it did finally come through, about 40 days after I shipped the watch out. I'll say their email responses were pretty quick though, so I'm bumping this up to 4 stars. Wish I could give something in between 3 and 4 because that would be more accurate.

I ordered shoes that never arrived. When I reached out about it, customer service said the delivery was canceled, but I never got any notification. They claimed they never charged me, which was false - my bank confirmed the transaction went through successfully. I sent multiple emails and got zero responses. I'm out the money and this feels like straight up fraud. I've filed a formal complaint with the FTC and I'm warning everyone to stay away from this site.

Their website is pretty bad. You can't even track your order properly. If you pay with PayPal, your order gets stuck in standby. They don't make their customer service info easy to find on the site either. Just a terrible online shopping experience overall.

If negative stars were possible, that's what this deserves. I ordered several items that didn't fit - and I order the same sizes from other companies all the time without problems - so I sent them back. They got the return 2 months ago. Despite numerous emails and a couple phone calls where they apologized but did nothing, my refund still hasn't shown up. I'm waiting to see if they actually process it, but I'm prepared to take further action if needed. This has been the worst shopping experience of my life.

This feels like a scam. I bought shoes on sale online and nowhere before checkout did they show me the total cost. The breakdown was shocking - $155 for the shoes, $172 for shipping, and $115 in tax, totaling $443 for just four pairs of sandals. Then I'd need to pay about $200 more in import fees. I tried to cancel immediately after placing the order. I emailed five times with no response after a week. I called and nobody answered. Not showing customers the full price before they complete payment seems illegal to me. This is hands down the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Avoid this company.

Their shipping is slow and the refund process is painfully slow. I've emailed and called them 5 times asking about my refund status and every single time they tell me they're escalating it to management. I even asked them to just tell me why they can't process it instead of stringing me along, but I never hear back. This has been a terrible experience from start to finish.

Watch out if you shop here - they put multiple charges on your account. I ordered shoes and they placed two separate holds on my bank account for the same order on different days. When I called customer service, they insisted they only charged me once, but my bank showed me the exact dates and times of both holds. Kenneth Cole said there was nothing they could do about it. Now I'm dealing with a $30 overdraft fee because of their mistake. This has happened to me more than once with this company.

Absolutely terrible experience with customer service. I bought a $400 bag as a gift and it came with a "10 year lifetime guarantee". Somehow their definition of lifetime is about 3 months. I've been bouncing back and forth with their support team for 5 weeks trying to resolve this. Finally they offered me a $150 gift card, which makes no sense when the bag cost $400. I asked if they could at least match the current sale price of $200, or provide free shipping, or even send the gift card quickly before a sale ended. They said no to everything. Now I'm stuck without a bag, missing $250, no gift card, and honestly just frustrated with the whole thing. I will never purchase from Kenneth Cole again. They're really disappointing.

Worst customer service I've experienced. I placed an online order and waited a month without receiving it, then they just canceled it without any explanation or asking me first.
