Customer Service Was Terrible I had a really bad experience with the customer service. A staff member, supposedly new, stared at my thirteen year old daughter and me in a way that made us feel like we were suspected of shoplifting. We felt very uncomfortable. I mentioned it to someone at the front desk and she said she'd pass it along to management. This is the kind of representative working for your brand? I'm really upset about it. It really ruined what should have been a fun outing after being stuck at home for two weeks. We won't be coming back to Kiko.

Black Friday Promotion Letdown The items themselves are nice quality, but I expected to receive some complimentary gifts as part of the Black Friday promotion and got nothing. I've tried reaching out but haven't heard back. Pretty let down about the whole thing.

Stroller Not Allowed I visited Kiko at Westfield Stratford and the security person wouldn't allow me entry because I had my baby in a stroller. Apparently if you're traveling with a baby in a stroller, you're not welcome at the Kiko store there.

Steer Clear!!! Delivery Issues Unfortunately, I placed an order from Kiko Milano cosmetics about a week ago and have been dealing with frustration ever since. When I created my account, their system kept messing with my delivery address by swapping address lines and repositioning building numbers in weird spots. I tried multiple times to fix it, but nothing worked. I figured Royal Mail would sort it out as long as both parts were there. Then I realized their system had actually deleted half my address, the part with my flat and building details. After hunting around, I discovered customer service only works through a web form and responds solely through email. I reached out immediately, but they took several days to respond, and by then my order was already shipped. I managed to add instructions to the tracking about where to leave it, and I gave them my correct address hoping it would arrive. But Kiko contacted Royal Mail too, and somehow that just sent my package back to them. Now they're saying it was delivered to me, so I'm probably going to have to dispute this with my credit card company.

The end result was fantastic. If I'm rating on a scale of ten, I'd honestly bump it up to eleven because she's truly the best!

Terrible Experience, Worst Service I would give zero stars if possible. I originally bought a Kiko hydra balm foundation from another retailer and loved it. Once it ran low, I ordered four tubes directly from Kiko's UK site. About a month after getting my order, I used the first tube. When I applied it, I was shocked. The product separated into two distinct parts and left chalky white patches and bits on my skin that looked almost like fibers. My face felt burning hot and turned red. I tried another tube and had the exact same problem. I checked the batch codes and they were different from the original one I purchased. When I tried calling Kiko, there was no phone number or email readily available. I finally called their Manchester store location and talked to a manager named Waide, who filled out an online form for me over the phone. Eventually I got an email asking me to send the items back with return instructions. When I attempted this through their website, it just kept showing blank pages. I've emailed them twice since then asking for help and still haven't gotten a response. This has been absolutely the worst customer service experience.

Absolutely Worst Service I've Encountered The customer service here is genuinely terrible. They completely disregard emails and don't respond to messages on social media. The website has basically no useful help resources, and figuring out how to contact anyone is nearly impossible. I've spent TWO months trying to get in touch with someone. Might as well be talking to a wall.

Quality Items, Just Need to be Patient with Shipping Updates The products are genuinely great. Just be ready to wait a couple to three days before you get an email saying your order is with a delivery service. Then another email comes through a day or so later confirming it's with your local delivery carrier. So a little patience with notifications is necessary. But the actual products are fantastic and I'm really happy with what I received!

Shannon at the Reading Store Was Fantastic Shannon helped me when I came in and was absolutely lovely and super helpful. She introduced me to new items and told me about the current promotions. Can't recommend the Oracle Reading store location enough.

Visit Arantxa at the Torremolinos Store I recently went to the Torremolinos location and had the BEST service from Arantxa. She was incredibly sweet and knew her stuff as a sales person. Your product line is fantastic and I grab items whenever I'm visiting Spain. It would be amazing to see a store open up in Denmark!

I was a bit hesitant after seeing some negative feedback online. But I was really pleasantly surprised. I needed to reach out because I made a mistake with my shipping address, and their team responded right away and helped me without any fuss. The delivery came way faster than I thought it would. Plus the cosmetics are surprisingly high quality for what they cost. Really exceeded my expectations all around. Definitely would recommend them.
