About KitchenAid

  2. Add your chosen item to your shopping cart.
  3. Proceed to checkout and review your cart contents and order summary.

  5. Complete your purchase and confirm that the discount has been applied to your order total.

Promo Code Not Working? Try This

  • The code may be expired or no longer valid, so verify the offer details on RetailCoupons.com before entering it at checkout.
  • Some codes apply only to specific products or categories, so confirm that your item qualifies for the discount you are trying to use.
  • The code might have a minimum purchase requirement that your cart does not meet, so check the terms and add more items if needed.
  • Typos or extra spaces when entering the code will cause it to fail, so type it carefully or copy and paste it directly.
  • The code may not combine with other active promotions or sales, so ensure you are not attempting to stack multiple discounts.
  • Browser cache or cookies can sometimes interfere with code entry, so try clearing your browser data or using an incognito window.

KitchenAid Savings Hacks

Stack coupon codes with sales events

KitchenAid frequently runs seasonal sales and promotions. Check whether a promo code can be combined with current sales to maximize your savings on premium appliances.

Sign up for email updates early

New customers and email subscribers often receive exclusive first-purchase discount codes. Signing up before you shop can unlock additional savings beyond standard promotions.

Look for service offers alongside discounts

Some KitchenAid promotions include benefits like free installation on major appliances rather than just percentage discounts. These added services can represent significant value beyond the price reduction.

Check product pages for hidden deals

Individual product pages may have exclusive codes or clearance pricing not visible on the homepage. Browse specific items you are interested in to find additional savings opportunities.

KitchenAid Shipping Policy

KitchenAid's shipping costs and policies vary depending on your order and location. Contact KitchenAid customer service or review the shipping information at checkout to understand delivery options and any associated fees for your specific purchase.

KitchenAid Returns & Refund Policy

KitchenAid typically allows returns within a standard timeframe, though the exact return window may depend on the product type and whether it is a major appliance or smaller item. Review the return policy details on the KitchenAid website or contact customer service before making your purchase to understand your options.

KitchenAid's reputation is severely hampered by widespread customer service failures. Multiple shoppers report extended refund delays lasting weeks to over a month, difficulty reaching support staff, and unresponsive representatives who fail to resolve issues. Beyond service problems, several customers experienced defective appliances across full kitchen installations, including a factory-wired induction cooktop and multiple appliances requiring repairs despite premium pricing. A small segment of satisfied long-term customers praise the product quality itself and note that when issues do arise, some service representatives provide helpful support, but these positive experiences are significantly outnumbered by complaints.

The core issue is not product durability for all users but rather systemic problems with returns, refunds, and customer service responsiveness. Even customers who appreciate their KitchenAid appliances express frustration with the company's inability to process straightforward returns and provide timely resolutions. The contrast between product satisfaction and service dissatisfaction suggests KitchenAid's operational backend is failing to match the quality associated with its brand name.

I've had this product for years and love it. Recently had an issue with some noise and reached out to customer service. Their response was fantastic and they've been really helpful. I'm grateful for the support and hope they can get this resolved for me again.

Michael P.Mar 13, 2026

I really like my KitchenAid appliances, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered a countertop mixer and needed to send it back. The return process took almost six weeks. Then instead of refunding my card, they charged it again. I've called customer service so many times, sat on hold forever, and still haven't gotten it fixed. They keep saying it was refunded and that there was no double charge, blaming my credit card company instead. After spending way too much time on this frustrating situation, I filed a dispute and decided I'm not ordering directly from them anymore.

This is garbage and I'm warning everyone! We spent a fortune redoing our entire kitchen with KitchenAid gear: fridge, microwave, oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, and range hood. Besides the hood, everything else has needed fixing. The induction cooktop was wired backward at the factory and probably should have been recalled. The fridge, oven, and microwave all needed servicing repeatedly. We're currently on the third repair for the dishwasher. This is honestly the worst purchase ever. I work with properties and I tell every single person I talk to that KitchenAid is a complete waste of money.

Thomas B.Feb 19, 2026

Do yourself a favor and skip this brand! We dropped a fortune on a full kitchen remodel with KitchenAid everything: fridge, microwave, oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, and hood vent. Almost every single item except the hood needed work done on it. The induction cooktop came wrong from the factory with mixed wiring, and honestly should have been recalled. The fridge, oven, and microwave have needed repairs over and over. The dishwasher is on its third repair as we speak. This is absolutely terrible stuff. Working in property management, I tell everyone I know to avoid KitchenAid like the plague.

I'm confused why they're taking over a month to refund a counter appliance they've already received. Plus, you can barely reach anyone on customer service, and they're not much help when you do. All I heard was 'I understand' which doesn't actually solve my problem. Sounds like I'll be calling back every week for the foreseeable future asking about my refund.

Joshua F.Feb 5, 2026

It shouldn't take over thirty days for a refund on a table-top appliance you already have in your possession. The wait to speak to anyone is terrible, and their support doesn't actually help. I just got a lot of 'I hear you' which is useless. Looks like I'll be hounding them once a week indefinitely for my money back.

Eric N.Feb 5, 2026

Why does it take more than a month to refund someone for a countertop appliance once you've already received it? And getting a human on the phone is a nightmare, plus they're not very helpful. All they kept saying was 'I understand' which doesn't get me anywhere. I'm basically checking in every seven days asking when my refund's coming and this could go on forever.

Total disappointment across the board. We splurged on a complete appliance set when we moved in three years back: double oven, range, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. Pretty much everything has broken at some point. The glass inside the double oven actually cracked and shattered, sounding like a gunshot. Customer service wouldn't replace it, just said don't use self-cleaning with racks in there. I've read about racks getting marked up before, sure, but shattering the whole thing? Shouldn't happen. The dishwasher went down at least six times. The range temperature is wrong, and we've had repair people out several times because there's a gas smell. Last month both the fridge and freezer stopped working. Guess we get to toss out all our food. Funny enough, the microwave is the only thing that still works, and it's the cheapest item too. I'm waiting for that to fail next. It's really disappointing because you think premium means quality, but that's clearly not true. Whatever kitchen appliances you buy, avoid KitchenAid at all costs.

Jessica R.Jan 17, 2026

This is absolutely awful. We got a full appliance suite when we moved into our house three years ago with double oven, range, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. Almost everything has needed repairs. The inner glass on the double oven actually shattered like someone fired a gun, but customer service just told us not to use self-clean mode with racks inside. Sure, racks can lose their shine, but I had no idea that would break the whole thing. The dishwasher alone has been serviced six different times. The range won't reach the right temperature, and we've called for repairs multiple times because of a gas smell. Just recently the fridge and freezer both quit working, which meant throwing away an entire load of groceries. The only thing that's never broken is the microwave, which figures since it cost the least. I'm sure that's next. You think you're getting premium quality but you're absolutely not. Stay away from KitchenAid if you value your money and sanity.

Hands down the worst customer service experience I've ever had.

Matthew C.Jan 5, 2026

KitchenAid really doesn't understand customer service. I had a terrible time with an online order and my issue was never actually fixed. I won't be back.

Brandon L.Jan 5, 2026

KitchenAid doesn't seem to know what customer service actually means. Ordering online turned out to be a terrible experience with nothing actually resolved. Won't be buying from them again.

Angela V.Dec 31, 2025

I got a top-tier KitchenAid built-in refrigerator back in September and it quit working in less than two months. The freezer completely warmed up, spoiling all the food, and the technician said there was a leak in the sealed refrigeration system, which shouldn't happen on a basically new appliance. Despite the warranty, both Whirlpool and KitchenAid suggested repair or rebuilding by another company instead of just replacing it. It meant lots of time on hold, multiple phone calls, and making do with a small borrowed fridge during the holiday season. People should realize that higher price tag definitely doesn't mean reliability or proper customer care when problems show up.

Lauren H.Dec 31, 2025

I purchased a premium KitchenAid built-in fridge in September and it stopped working after just under two months. The freezer thawed completely, all our food went bad, and a repair person found a sealed-system refrigerant leak, which is a serious issue in a brand new unit. Even with warranty coverage, Whirlpool and KitchenAid suggested having it repaired or rebuilt by a third party instead of replacing it outright. This meant dealing with long phone holds, calling back repeatedly, and using a tiny temporary fridge over the holidays. Just want people to know that paying top dollar doesn't ensure your appliance will work properly or that you'll get treated fairly when something goes wrong.

Shipping to my place was incredibly quick and the pricing was really fair too.
