These raw hem styles look awful because of how much they unravel at the edges. They look messy and sloppy, like they actually need to be hemmed.

I used to buy a lot of pants from them but one bad experience just ended everything. I picked up an $80 pair of jeans that weren't right, but when I went to return them I suddenly found out they were marked as final sale. Except that label wasn't anywhere - not on the product page, not during checkout, nowhere in my order confirmation either. If I'd seen it I never would have bought them in the first place. The way they refuse to offer basic returns is just not okay. It feels sneaky and shows they don't care about keeping customers. Even though I've spent good money with this brand over the years, they won't see another cent from me after this.

Bought a pair in a local boutique for $120. When I washed them at home, the blue dye bled everywhere and it took multiple washes to get my skin to stop turning blue. The fabric feels soft enough but it doesn't feel like real denim at all. The zipper won't stay up and keeps sliding down, so I have to use a safety pin. For the price, this is cheap work and definitely not worth it. I'd rather wear my old Wrangler jeans any day of the week since they're way better quality and cost about the same.

I absolutely love this company and their jeans! Just remember to size down and you'll be super happy with them. The selection of styles is fantastic. I buy from department stores and straight from their website. Their return process is really fair and they work with you if there's a problem.

I've always gone with their brand for pants because of the quality, but what I got recently looked like a cheap knockoff, possibly made overseas. There was no triangle reinforcement at stress points, just cheap round ones instead. No embroidery on the pockets or waistband either, and the back was missing the three button loops it should have had. The stitching is sloppy with seams fraying everywhere. If you want the real thing, check out what's available on resale sites instead.
