My pricey order has been sitting in limbo for nearly two weeks now, and the support team has been completely useless in helping me. The chat representatives are dismissive, cutting off conversations whenever you ask a follow-up question instead of solving your actual problem. This is honestly the worst customer experience I've ever had. It's obvious they outsource their support overseas. Is it really too much to expect that you get what you paid for and that someone will actually help if something goes wrong? Apparently it's asking the impossible from this company. I'd strongly urge their leadership to take a hard look at how they're treating customers because this is unacceptable.

Even a package I ordered from overseas arrived faster. Completely unacceptable.

The new packaging redesign isn't doing them any favors either - the grey coloring makes it impossible to distinguish from competing brands, and honestly it looks generic now instead of upscale.
