My pricey order has been sitting in limbo for nearly two weeks now, and the support team has been completely useless in helping me. The chat representatives are dismissive, cutting off conversations whenever you ask a follow-up question instead of solving your actual problem. This is honestly the worst customer experience I've ever had. It's obvious they outsource their support overseas. Is it really too much to expect that you get what you paid for and that someone will actually help if something goes wrong? Apparently it's asking the impossible from this company. I'd strongly urge their leadership to take a hard look at how they're treating customers because this is unacceptable.

Customer service here is absolutely terrible. It appears they've outsourced it to a place where English isn't the first language, and the responses read like translations. On top of that, they just disconnect the chat whenever they get frustrated, forcing you to start from scratch. The products are overpriced, and pairing that with poor outsourced support makes this a frustrating experience.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I made an order five days ago as a birthday gift for my dad due Sunday, and they still haven't shipped it out. Monday through Friday went by with nothing happening. Then I tried using their live chat today and waited ninety minutes just to have an agent disconnect on me. This is embarrassing for a brand like this. I'm done shopping with them. I can order something from a marketplace seller for two dollars and get it within a day or two, yet this company takes a week. Even a package I ordered from overseas arrived faster. Completely unacceptable.

This brand has really declined over the years. My favorite products keep getting phased out, which is frustrating. The new packaging redesign isn't doing them any favors either - the grey coloring makes it impossible to distinguish from competing brands, and honestly it looks generic now instead of upscale. Really disappointed with how things have gone.

Not worth your money. The quality is basically the same as what you'd find at any regular drugstore, nothing special here. And customer service? Forget about it. They advertise complimentary gifts and samples when you buy, and I saw it listed on their website when I placed my order, but those freebies never showed up. Skip this brand altogether.

Their website experience is disappointing. I made a purchase because the site said I could pick some samples at no extra cost. My delivery arrived without any of those samples. When I reached out to ask about it, they said they probably ran out before shipping. If you're going to advertise something, make sure you can actually provide it.
