I ordered a laptop battery after checking the website, which clearly said it would ship within 24 hours. Three days went by with no word from them and no tracking info, so I sent an email asking what was going on. When I didn't hear back, I tried calling during their listed business hours of 8am EST but only got voicemail. I left a message. About two hours later, someone from their customer service team called back to tell me the battery was actually on backorder, which they never mentioned when I placed the order, didn't show on the product listing, and wasn't noted anywhere on my receipt. To this day, the website still says 'usually ships within 24 hours' with zero indication of any backorder. In my view, this vendor deserves to be avoided. Based on what happened with my order, they're not transparent, they're unprofessional, their customer service is poor, and they don't live up to the values they talk about. This whole situation could have been handled differently if they'd just been upfront about the delay from the start.

The batteries here are bad quality and the company removes negative reviews without any explanation. I bought a battery that was supposed to have Samsung cells made in Korea.
