I ordered a laptop battery after checking the website, which clearly said it would ship within 24 hours. Three days went by with no word from them and no tracking info, so I sent an email asking what was going on. When I didn't hear back, I tried calling during their listed business hours of 8am EST but only got voicemail. I left a message. About two hours later, someone from their customer service team called back to tell me the battery was actually on backorder, which they never mentioned when I placed the order, didn't show on the product listing, and wasn't noted anywhere on my receipt. To this day, the website still says 'usually ships within 24 hours' with zero indication of any backorder. In my view, this vendor deserves to be avoided. Based on what happened with my order, they're not transparent, they're unprofessional, their customer service is poor, and they don't live up to the values they talk about. This whole situation could have been handled differently if they'd just been upfront about the delay from the start.

The batteries here are bad quality and the company removes negative reviews without any explanation. I bought a battery that was supposed to have Samsung cells made in Korea. When it arrived, it didn't fit right - the battery stuck out about 2mm from the back of my laptop. The locking mechanism snapped the first time I tried to take it out because I had to push way too hard, and I almost damaged my laptop case in the process. The only marking on it said 'Assembled in China' with nothing else. There's no way a company uses expensive Korean cells just to slap them into a cheap case that doesn't even fit properly.

I bought a laptop battery from this company back in early November. The day after it arrived, I shot them an email saying I didn't need it and wanted to send it back. I gave them a week to respond, then tried calling and got their voicemail machine. I left a message. Never heard anything back from either attempt to contact them. I've got a few laptops that'll need batteries eventually, but I'm definitely not coming back to this place.
