Really disappointed with the support team I put in an order a couple days ago and paid extra for faster shipping so I'd have it by the weekend. Their site says if you order before 11:45 in the morning, they send it out the same day. Now it's been over two days since I ordered on Monday and my order isn't even confirmed. I sent an email to support and got no answer. When I called and got someone on the line, all he could do was say he hoped it would ship today. I asked what he could actually do to make sure it happens, and he basically said nothing because the warehouse handles that. I pushed back asking if he could just call over there and make sure it gets done, and again he said no. To be clear, I'm not rating the actual product since I never got it. This is purely about their support staff not honoring what their website promises, not delivering on the expedited shipping I paid an extra thirty dollars for, and just not caring enough to help. That's the real problem here.
