I've been loyal to Legion for a while, but I'm now questioning some things. Recently discovered some issues that concern me. Their Vitamin D supplement didn't work the way I expected. I switched from another brand to Legion in fall, and my Vitamin D levels actually went down instead of up after three months of daily use. My levels dropped noticeably despite taking it with food like recommended. That was frustrating. I also looked back at my omega-3 history. Before last year I was on a different product and my cholesterol levels stayed consistent in a healthy range. After switching to Legion's omega-3 a few months ago, those numbers shifted upward. Nothing else changed in my diet or routine, so the timing is suspicious. I know people respond differently to supplements, but seeing actual lab results move in the wrong direction when I switched products makes me hesitant to recommend them like I used to.

Why not use standard measurements like the rest of the planet? Ounces make no sense when basically everyone else uses the metric system. Pretty disappointing.
