FireStarToys puts out really quality custom Lego sets, and I've been a repeat customer for years because I'm consistently satisfied with my purchases. However, the last couple of orders have had processing delays that are frankly unacceptable. My first recent order went in on 04/15, and nearly two weeks passed before I got my shipping info on 04/29 (that's about ten business days). Then I placed another order on 05/13, and two weeks later I still haven't received any update. Their FAQ promises 3-7 days, and while they do mention it might take longer under certain situations, there's nothing on their site or in my confirmation telling me what those circumstances might be right now. The lack of clarity or any attempt to keep me informed is the real issue here. If they shipped on schedule or at least explained why things were delayed, I'd give them a much higher rating.

There was a basic picking mistake and they sent the wrong color and style. It took a week to hear back from them, and now another week later they still can't get the return or replacement sorted out. They're being difficult about the whole thing.

The live chat support team here is fantastic. I had some questions about shipping since it was my first time ordering and they were so helpful and friendly, always keeping me updated. I chatted with George and Frenchie and both of them were awesome. If you need help with your order, these guys will get you answers right away. Really great experience with their support team!

Look, I've heard people complain about shipping speeds, but these folks are a small, committed group who really care about what they do. You shouldn't expect Amazon Prime type delivery here, and honestly I'm cool with that since it's not what they're advertising anyway. Sure, I'd love faster delivery, but that's not really their current business model. I'm stoked to see them expand their selection from other creators and I'll definitely be placing more orders and trying out their custom prints.

My order took way longer than promised and still hasn't arrived. Customer service has been awful, they gave me false information saying it was being shipped and I'd get an email but I never did. It's been over ten days and my order still hasn't shipped even though their website says they dispatch in 2-5 days and mail takes 3-5 more. I asked about a refund but can't even get through to anyone, and their phone support is useless. Would not recommend this company.
