My package got stuck in Italian customs but Liu Jo won't contact Italian postal services to release it even though I gave them all the tracking information. They won't refund me after two months of waiting. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to handle this. I'm warning UK customers especially to avoid buying from Liu Jo's website post-Brexit since everything goes through Milan and they clearly can't manage international returns properly.
