Sweet and Vicious LLC Reviews
Sweet and Vicious LLC earns strong praise from most shoppers for producing padded underwear that looks and feels natural compared to cheaper alternatives. Customers repeatedly highlight the company's exceptional customer service, noting that real people answer phones and genuinely help with sizing and product selection. The quality and realistic appearance of the products stand out as key reasons for loyalty, with several reviewers noting they tried other brands first before being satisfied here.
One dissatisfied customer reported that the product was too visible under fitted clothing and felt the return policy was unfair. This shopper cited hygiene-related return restrictions as a frustration, suggesting a disconnect with the company's otherwise praised customer service approach.
After trying several padded products from bigger retailers that either fell apart or fit poorly, I was pretty skeptical. Those other options would bunch up and just didn't look natural, so I almost gave up on the whole thing. Decided to take one more chance with this company and couldn't be happier. It took a couple exchanges to get my sizing dialed in, but once I did, I finally had something that actually works for me. Now I can wear clothes I'd pretty much retired from my closet years ago. What really impressed me was the customer service. You can actually call and talk to someone who genuinely understands the products and knows how to match you with the right size. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking to add some shape to your outfits.
I've been a customer here for years and they truly have the best padded underwear on the market. I experimented with cheaper alternatives before, but they looked super artificial and felt like it. This company's stuff looks realistic and feels great. Beyond the quality products, the people there are genuinely nice and helpful when you need advice on what to choose. They've completely restored my confidence. My butt was losing shape with age, but now it's my best kept secret. Honestly, wearing these pads every single day has made such a huge difference. I look like I did back in my thirties, and it's been life changing.
Really disappointed with this product. When wearing a fitted shirt, the outline is way too visible, and you can make out other details too. The product just doesn't provide the coverage or concealment I needed. I only tried it on, but they wouldn't accept a return citing hygiene reasons, which seems unfair when you can apparently return a bra no problem. Not what I was hoping for and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
I honestly can't say enough good things about this company. The customer service is legitimately incredible. They actually want you to be happy with what you get, and you don't have to jump through hoops to reach someone who can help. When you call, you get a real person on the line who knows their stuff, treats you with patience, and helps you figure out exactly what you need. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable about everything. And the shipping? Seriously fast. I've had nothing but great experiences working with them, and I tell everyone I know to give them a shot.
