Ordered during the Black Friday sale in late November and was told my item would be backordered for about two weeks. No big deal since it wasn't time sensitive. Fast forward almost two months with zero communication. When I checked my order status online, nothing came up. Finally emailed them and they said there was a production hold and asked if I'd take a refund. Absolutely, yes please!

The perfume arrived in a sealed package which is good, and the outer box looked fine, but the inside box had issues. There was no pull tab to remove the inner box so I had to finger it out. When I did, the corner was torn and the box was beat up around where the bottle sits. The perfume itself seems legit and smells correct, but the packaging is concerning. It makes me wonder if this was a returned bottle that got resealed and resold. Honestly makes me question if it's even safe to use.

Ordered sample sets as gifts for the holidays. They took over a week just to pack the order. Now the stuff won't arrive in time and I'll have to pay triple to ship it out to everyone separately. That's awful. I like fragrances and shop at other places, but this is really poor service.

Finding authentic niche fragrances has always been easy here and the service is wonderful. The samples come in dabber vials like you'd get at a regular perfume counter, and there's plenty of fragrance in each one to wear several times so you can really figure out if it's the right fit for you.

When I followed up, they mentioned international shipments take three to four weeks. A month passes with no new tracking info. Multiple emails got no responses. I messaged them on social media and got a curt reply with a different email address after several days, but that email went unanswered too. Six weeks in and my package went from the shipping origin to in transit, then held for some check, moved to another city, and somehow ended back where it started. Plus I only learned after ordering that items come in dabber format without sprayers, which wasn't mentioned anywhere.

This seller charges way too much compared to other online fragrance retailers. I'm shocked they stay in business with their pricing when you can find the same stuff cheaper at places like competitor sites. Most customers buying here are probably new and don't realize they're overpaying. When I noticed a fragrance was nearly double the price elsewhere, I wanted to return it. The return process was a nightmare with tons of back and forth emails. They claimed the box was already open and the perfume was used, which made me seriously question their honesty and how they treat customers. I'd recommend staying away to save your money and avoid the headaches.

My card got charged on April 23rd for an order, but the item never shipped by April 27th. The order showed as on hold due to stock issues, which shouldn't happen since availability problems are supposed to show up when you're placing your order. This kind of thing really damages how customers feel about doing business with a company.

This is my first and final order from this place. I emailed about my purchase and never got a reply. Don't bother buying samples here! You're getting a tiny amount in those vials. Taking my money somewhere else.

Love that they stock the newest Creeds and De Marly fragrances! I've placed multiple orders without any issues. I'm surprised to see so many negative ratings online because in my experience they're a solid company.

I bought around eight sample vials of niche fragrances ranging from four to eight bucks each and was really disappointed. These vials aren't spray bottles, they've got cork tops so you waste product just opening them. I think either the fragrance is really old or they dilute it with water or alcohol. There's barely enough for one use per vial and the scent fades fast, which confirms they're watering it down. Between the vials and shipping, I spent close to fifty dollars hunting for a new signature fragrance. But because of the dilution, I couldn't properly test any of them so it was a complete waste.

They advertise free shipping but that's not what happens. They also never respond to emails. I can't even access their site using my email address since it says it doesn't exist, even though my email confirms I have an account and have purchased before.

Getting your order takes an incredibly long time. I'm literally in their area and it still takes almost two weeks. Pretty disappointing wait! Time to shop somewhere else.

They try pushing you to skip the free samples that come with purchases just so they can rush your order, which is ridiculous. I used to shop here but I'm looking elsewhere now. Another annoying thing: you have to enter a code for free shipping instead of it being automatic, like they're betting you'll miss the fine print so they can charge you more. The whole operation feels like it's run by people who don't care.
