I made an order and paid extra for next day delivery, but it never showed up. I immediately reached out to customer service and still haven't heard back from them, and I still don't have my hair extensions. It's been three days. I won't be ordering from them again.

I tried their colour matching service and received completely the wrong shade. When I asked for a return, they initially refused. Only after I mentioned my consumer rights did they suddenly agree to refund me. Looking at other reviews, this seems to be their sneaky standard practice, which is pretty disappointing. I won't be shopping here again. The one hairpiece I kept just to avoid more hassle is already getting matted and doesn't match my hair at all.

Tried their colour matching service and it was a total disaster. The shade they sent me was bright yellow, which made no sense for my dark brown hair with ginger highlights. I requested a return since they were the ones who picked the wrong colour, even after I submitted two clear photos of my actual hair. When I asked about getting my money back, they said no because I had already opened the packet. Don't waste your time with their colour match service. The person matching the colours clearly can't do their job properly.

My order is a complete mystery. I paid for next day delivery before noon and got nothing, no shipping notification, no tracking update when it failed to show up. Radio silence the entire time. At minimum, they could send an automated email letting customers know there's been a delay when orders miss their promised date. I'm stuck not knowing if this thing is still coming today or what. This company needs to get their act together.

Don't buy from here, this is a total scam. I never got my package. The delivery photos show a box sitting on my doorstep, but that's not actual delivery since it wasn't brought through my door, so it probably got stolen. They won't refund me or send a replacement. They're breaking their contract and I've disputed this with my credit card company because I have all the proof. They keep saying GPS confirms delivery, but there's no signature, no proof it was properly delivered, just a picture on my porch. This company is terrible but I know my consumer rights so I'll be getting my money back regardless.
