I've had a really frustrating experience trying to reach someone at Mack Weldon. The chat feature isn't working and I haven't gotten any response to my emails. Right now I have two separate issues that need fixing. First, I sent back a shirt to exchange it for another one, but they took away my 20% discount and are asking me to pay an extra $30 on top of it. I've asked for a refund and I'm still waiting. Second issue is I ordered a wool sweater that cost $200. Customer service told me it was out of stock, but when I checked the website it showed as available. They charged me for it anyway and haven't sent anything. So between these two orders, I'm out about $325 with nothing to show for it. I've tried contacting them multiple times but haven't heard back since I emailed 2 days ago. This will probably get resolved eventually, but I'd rather give my money to companies that actually know how to handle customer service. I'm done shopping here.

I used to be really loyal to this brand. I've bought their ACE sweatpants numerous times and was always happy. But then my communication completely stopped after I reported a missing package. I had ordered a gift for some family I was visiting, and USPS messed up the delivery. When I reached out asking about a refund since I never got the item, the person helping me just stopped responding. Look, I'm not an unreasonable guy. If they couldn't refund me, they could have at least kept talking to me and explained what options I had. I was willing to work with them. I even placed a second order with faster shipping to make sure everything arrived in time, but that first order is still not resolved. The sweatpants themselves are great quality, but this customer service experience really turned me off. I get that the customer isn't always right, but when a company stops talking to you it shows they don't care about communication or respect.

Boxer briefs in 5 inch inseam. Good side is the fabric feels really soft. Bad side? They're way too pricey. The waistband is uncomfortably wide, the leg rides way up, and shipping takes forever. Plus the care instructions are printed on the outside of the leg which doesn't look great. The brand name is also printed on the inside back waistband which doesn't help the appeal. Not going back to this brand and staying away from this style of boxer brief.

The pricing doesn't match the quality you get, and the shipping takes forever. Orders take weeks to arrive, which I suspect is intentional so you miss the window for credit card chargebacks. Their response to customer complaints speaks volumes about how they treat people who've been loyal to them. This was my last order.

I sent back all the overpriced stuff you sold me to the return address from your link in my earlier complaint. It's been months and I still haven't seen my refund. I've tried tracking it through PayPal and that's been a dead end. Honestly, I'd buy from cheaper alternatives without hesitation. You've lost my business.
