This was a nightmare! We had a scheduled pickup for all our stuff since our lease was ending and we had to vacate the apartment. They said they'd come between noon and 3 and we sat there waiting. After calling multiple times and still nothing, around 3 o'clock Megan finally said they couldn't make it because of some issue on their end. It was terrible timing for us! We had to rush and find someone else, then pack and move everything ourselves. Completely dropped the ball and showed zero consideration. I would never use this company again!!
