Ordered some dress pants online and they arrived. The material is mostly man-made stuff and they look fine if you're just going for a casual look. Not a bad price and shipping only took about a week longer than promised. The charcoal gray color is pretty dark, almost as dark as black actually, with just a bit of gray visible on the inner lining.

Really unhappy with how my online order was handled and the delivery was rough. They basically tossed four shirts in a bag and they had marks all over them when they arrived.

I bought it, but after leaving I felt bad about the price, around $70 with tax. I've been out of work for over two years and money is tight, plus I hadn't planned on travel expenses. My mom had bought it for me, but we both agreed to see if I could find it cheaper. When I went back, they only had a slim fit option that would be way too tight. I left feeling torn. At home I found the exact same shirt online for less money. I called Alejandro at the other location and explained my situation. Without hesitation, he helped me out.

I needed a suit so I checked out the Southpark location in Charlotte. The store was busy with customers and only three people working, so I almost left and came back later. But one of the staff members greeted me and promised it wouldn't take long. He was handling like four or five customers at once but kept everyone's expectations in check. It went smoothly, he got me fitted up, and I was on my way. There was also a woman named Jenn who was super helpful and seemed like she might be in management. She was pleasant and juggling a ton of tasks at once. As someone who runs their own business, I'm always checking out how other places operate. This place actually delivered. I'd definitely shop here again and would tell friends to go too.

I cannot stress enough how bad this place is. The staff has no idea what they're doing and frankly don't seem to care about their customers. Our wedding day was ruined when they handed us someone else's suit - completely wrong in every way, size and color included. When we complained, they couldn't have cared less and offered nothing to make it right. This company should shut down. Stay far away and take your business elsewhere. Major warning here.

Stopped by to grab a few ties but the whole experience was a nightmare. I spent way too long walking around looking for someone who actually worked there and couldn't figure out who was staff. When I finally saw what looked like a checkout area, I asked the people standing there if they were waiting to pay. They said they were being checked in, so I got in line. Out of nowhere, someone snapped at me saying they would drop what they were doing to help me, and their tone was super rude. I apologized and explained I didn't mean to cut in, but then they came back with a sarcastic comment about how important I am. It was unprofessional and honestly made me feel pretty uncomfortable. I wish I'd just walked out right then, but I finished my purchase anyway. That's it for me and this store.

I had high hopes when I went to pick up my rental suit for a wedding coming up, but I was let down pretty badly. I made a 30-minute drive and paid for parking, expecting everything to go smoothly. That was not what happened. The pants were way too short, stopping inches above my ankles, and the jacket fit too small. I asked the staff what measurements they used, but nobody could tell me. They said the jacket wasn't available and I'd have to come back, even though my event was in just a few days. They mentioned shipping it overnight, so fingers crossed it gets here in time. On top of that, the shirt they gave me looked like it had been crumpled up in a pocket - all wrinkled and gross. When I mentioned this, the worker just said yep, that's the shirt. Overall super frustrating. If I had more time, I would've gotten my money back and gone somewhere else.

The customer service was excellent! I especially want to recognize Joe, one of the assistant managers, and the seamstress Anoy. Both were really professional and helpful when I needed assistance with my son's suit. You two did a fantastic job and I really appreciate your commitment to helping customers like us.

Proceed with caution at this store. I purchased a suit and got measured for alterations, and I was very specific about when I needed it because of an upcoming occasion. Management said no problem, it'll be ready by then. When that date arrived, I went back and learned they hadn't even begun working on the alterations. I asked for my money back and left. We'll see if that refund actually goes through.

Had a really disappointing experience here. I can't recommend renting a tuxedo from this place if you're in Washington, DC. I went in twice requesting that the pants be hemmed since they were clearly too short and made me look silly. When I went to get the tuxedo on the day of my event, the hem still wasn't done and the whole thing was basically useless. They only refunded the pants portion, which doesn't make any sense if you're supposed to wear the full tux to a black tie event. This felt totally wrong and left me feeling like I got taken advantage of.

I was yelled at in front of my kids by an employee. They started shouting and then had a complete outburst. I was kicked out and told never to come back with threats to call the police. There were tons of customers watching the whole thing happen.

I'll keep this brief. I spent almost an hour in text chats with two different people just trying to get my order placed after striking out at my local store. I tried four different payment methods and kept getting a message saying 'the website couldn't process it.' No problem with my card info, just that the site wasn't cooperating. The first rep was really helpful and manually changed my prices when the site wasn't taking my rewards certificates. The second rep told me to basically start over and rebuild my order from scratch, which wasn't a solution. How was I supposed to keep those adjusted rewards prices if I built a new order? Then it seems like someone clocked out because I got switched to a robot right in the middle of working with the live rep. Seriously? I've been a customer for over 30 years and I'm done with this place.

I went in and grabbed a shirt and looked at some suits. Some looked great, but I wanted to check other places to find a better price. Turns out nothing compared to Men's Wearhouse. I went back later but they'd already closed, so I came back early the next morning, right before my event, and that's when Kevin Jones, the store manager, helped me out. Kevin was fantastic. He found me the perfect suit, and even though it was pricier than I wanted to spend, he showed me other options and I decided to treat myself. He got the pants hemmed super quick, maybe 10 minutes, and when I tried on the whole suit, I felt sharp, confident, and totally ready. I looked amazing.
