For MESHKI's return policy, it's important to know that you can only return an item for store credit, not a cash refund, unless the item is broken or has a fault. You need to start the return process within 14 days of getting your order.
To make a return, the item must be in its original condition and have all its tags attached. Be careful, though - some items like swimwear, bodysuits, and anything marked as "final sale" cannot be returned.
Also, for returns from the United States, there is a flat fee of $16.99 that will be taken from your store credit. The credit is valid for 12 months and it usually takes about 5-7 business days to process once your return is received at the warehouse.
