Does Michaels Price Match?

Michaels gives customers up to six months to return items for a full refund. Plus, if you spot a lower price on an in-stock product from select retailers within seven days of buying, Michaels will match the price and even give an extra 10% off.

Eligible online stores include Amazon, CVS, Hobbylobby.com, Joann.com, and Walmart.com.

Michaels Shipping

Michaels has a program named Same Day Delivery that allows customers to buy online and pick up curbside. 

You can shop online and have your order delivered to your door the very same day. If you place your order before 2:00 PM, it will arrive that day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the next day. A flat delivery fee is charged based on the value of your order.

Michaels Return Policy

If you’re not happy with your Michaels.com order, you can return it within 60 days of purchase. 

Online-only costumes and accessory kits are an exception and must be returned at least 7 days before the holiday. Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. 

You can bring your order back to any Michaels store or start a return through your online account. If you can’t process the return online or need assistance, contact Customer Care at 1-800-MICHAELS (1-800-642-4235). Please make sure to read all the details on the website.

1. How much can I earn in Rewards per day?

You can earn up to $150 in Michaels Rewards per day. Some offers may have lower limits per transaction or per day, and Michaels may also place a cap on the total rewards you can earn each year.

2. Are all products eligible for curbside pickup?

Not every Michaels product is available for curbside pickup. To find eligible items, look for the “FREE Buy Online Pick Up In Store” label.

3. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, Michaels lets you cancel certain orders. Store pickup items can be canceled through “Track Your Order,” but mixed orders with both pickup and shipping can only be canceled within 5–15 minutes. After that, you’ll need to contact Customer Care, and only the pickup items may be canceled while the shipped items will still be processed.

I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience at Michaels, all thanks to Jane! She is hands down one of the hardest working employees I’ve ever encountered. From the moment I walked in, she was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to help bring my ideas to life.Jane goes above and beyond in every way. She took the time to listen to what I was envisioning, offered creative suggestions, and made sure I had everything I needed (and more!) to make it happen. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in her work.Customer service like this is rare, and Jane absolutely sets the standard. If you visit this location, I highly recommend asking for her — she will make your entire experience 10x better!

You should leave the other company and go to Yoto.” Later, one of my dad’s coworkers also recommended it for me, my brother, and my niece.When I turned 38, I got my first Yoto Mini for my birthday. Later I received my Third Generation Yoto Player as an early Christmas gift, but it was part of the same celebration.My brother Paul, who is 29, now uses Yoto too. My niece Lizzy, who is 5, also has her own Yoto Player. My dad — Lizzy’s grandfather and Paul’s father — bought ALL the Yoto Players for the kids in our family. We all used the Toon Box before, but we switched because Yoto was recommended for us.All the grown‑ups — my mom, my dad, and my brother — love the players and love that their children use Yoto.---⭐ My Experience With the Third Generation PlayerI’ve used Yoto since October 1, 2025. Superb customer service

I shopped today at Michaels in Timonium Store #4801 around 7.38pm on 11/3/2025 and was very impressed by two team members. The sales person a woman for which I did not get the name helped me find the paperbags and Helium container by taking me instead of just showing vaguely in the direction. Great csutomer service I thought. At the check out counter was the most friendly young gentleman who guided me to a getting my coupon and was so easy to chat with. He reminded me as well to get the cart back to the shop which I thought was wonderful. Holding me accountable and being kind is a must. I told him I absolutely would and he shouted a big thank you when I pushed the cart through the entrance back. Such a great experience with two employees! Keep up the great work and I will return soon.

I love this store

I love this store. Paint is always on sale and I never have to wander around looking for something, since I know exactly where it is. Well stocked and usually friendly staff.

I can’t speak for anyone else’s…

I can’t speak for anyone else’s experience but I’ve had exceptional experiences at Michael’s for 20 years at least.My local store in Chicago is spotless and stocked with both great craft items and more but also stocked with exceptional associates who make it a pleasure to shop. The reason I decided to write this review is also because I had 1 unfortunate interaction with a manager today 1x in 20 years and I emailed Michael’s customer service (and it’s Sunday) to lodge a complaint and got a reply in 4 minutes with a sincere apology. If there were 10 stars available that still would not be enough to rate the experience I’ve had overall at Michael’s.

A+ Customer Service

I have had several bad experiences at Michaels in Pasadena, to the point of going out of my way to go to another store. Today, I was in a hurry and decided to go local. I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service I received today. Brian, a very helpful, patient and caring young man helped me at the self check out. His customer service was above and beyond and he was so nice and willing to help. He should, in my opinion be a trainer for the staff at that store. Because of him, I will be going to Michaels locally. Thank you Brian.

Everything I need at great prices!

I do a lot of arts and crafts at home, and whenever I need anything I know exactly where to go.... I go to Michaels. I find everything I need at great prices! I'm a very happy customer.
