I placed an order for a women's merino hoodie t-shirt at the end of December, fully expecting the made-to-order delay. Got a shipping notification in early January with a promise of tracking details coming soon. But here's the problem: weeks have passed and no tracking number, no package, nothing. I've reached out to customer service multiple times and keep hearing the same response that it's shipping tomorrow and they'll send tracking information. Still nothing. I can't even find a proper way to talk to someone on the phone - the one number I found had a terrible voicemail and my message went unanswered. Two days ago I got an email saying there were import issues and I'd get tracking on Monday. That doesn't add up though, since according to their website these made-to-order items are actually produced in Brooklyn, New York.
