Received a shirt with a bad print on it so I asked for an exchange. They said they don't do exchanges, only refunds where you buy something else. I sent the shirt back and only got part of my money back. They charged me eleven bucks for return shipping. So I'm out eleven dollars to send them their defective product and ended up with nothing. Won't be ordering from them again.

Got a hundred dollar sweatshirt at the stadium and it looked amazing at first. The design is classic, which is the only reason it gets two stars instead of one. After one wash, even though I followed the care tag exactly (cold water, delicate cycle, turned inside out, low heat dryer), the material started to pill, the logo peeled right off, and it shrunk quite a bit. It still fit okay so I didn't want to send it back. I asked about exchanging it for the same item but was told no since I bought it at the stadium and not online. They said it had to go back to wherever I bought it, and they wouldn't even consider an exchange. The designs catch your eye but they're made with cheap material and constructed poorly. Adding terrible customer service on top of that makes this a hard pass. Yeah some items look cool, but the quality is just not there.

Terrible customer service experience. UPS hit me with customs charges when the package arrived, and I didn't have cash to pay them on the spot. The package went back to UPS and Mitchell & Ness basically said there's nothing they can do to help retrieve it. No refund, no alternate solution. Just a complete disaster.

Bought a Dan Marino jersey and guess what, there's no name on the back. That's not a real Marino jersey. Tried to contact them and got nothing, they only respond when PayPal gets involved with a refund request. This company is trash. Won't use them again. Fanatics and plenty of other sites look the same but offer actual service. Vote with your wallet because we don't need to accept terrible service just for high prices.

Really poor quality stuff. Within three months it's already falling apart. There's basically no stitching, everything's just glued together and made cheap. The company won't stand behind anything they sell. Stay away. You'll regret spending the money.

Their customer service is a nightmare, honestly feels like they took my money and ran. I spent a hundred bucks on a jersey and paid an extra twenty-five for next-day delivery. The package never arrived. UPS tracking just shows it stuck on delayed status for more than a month straight. I reached out to them about two weeks in when it didn't show up. They've done absolutely nothing, no refund, no offer to resend it with free shipping. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau hoping they can step in. If they don't help, I'm going to small claims court to get my money back. Warning to everyone: Do not buy from them.

The customer service here is absolutely awful. Do not order from them. They show no respect or professionalism. I sent back items for a refund and included tracking info from the postal service. The package got delivered and signed for. But I never got my sixty dollar refund. I've never experienced anything like this in my life.

Both the service and quality are seriously bad. I bought four hats and one arrived broken. Since I'm based overseas, they told me to ship it back at my own expense. The return shipping would cost more than the refund I'd get back, which makes no sense. I sent pictures of the damage and they didn't even care. Do yourself a favor and don't order from them if you're outside the US.

Customer support is basically nonexistent. I received a damaged jersey and they're making me pay shipping to send it back. Why should I have to cover shipping costs twice when it's their fault the item was defective?

Their jerseys and shorts are built to last, no question about it. But wow, the customer service is basically nowhere to be found. Can't get anyone on the phone and emails just bounce back with generic automated messages that don't actually help. Super annoying. I messed up and ordered two pairs of the same shorts by accident and just wanted to return one or swap it out. Still haven't heard back about getting a return label or anything. A simple acknowledgment would be nice. I've been a regular customer for a good while now and this is really disappointing.

Hands down the worst shopping experience I've ever had. Good luck trying to reach anyone there.

Skip ordering from them online. Sending emails gets you nowhere and there's no phone line listed on the website. If anything goes wrong with your purchase, good luck getting it sorted out. The lack of communication is insane.

Strange seeing all these negative reviews everywhere when I've ordered from them over a dozen times and everything always shows up right when it should. Their authentic jerseys really are in a league of their own.

Shop literally anywhere else. This place is a mess. They have no idea what they're doing. I ordered a jersey three separate times and every single time they refunded me saying the item wasn't actually in stock, even though it let me add it to my cart. They don't respond to emails and won't process returns even though their policy clearly states you have thirty days.

I sent back a jersey because I accidentally ordered two of them. The warehouse in California received it but I never got my refund. That same location is their returns center too. It's been over a week with no refund and no contact from them. There's no phone number, just email, and they don't even reply to that.
