This used to be my go-to shopping destination online. Now I'm just over it. The quality has nose-dived, their customer service is basically nonexistent, everything smells like chemicals when it arrives, and the sizing is all over the place. I'm not giving them any more of my money. The whole operation seems poorly managed and not worth my time or cash.

Things have really fallen apart since I last shopped in late fall of twenty twenty-two. I placed an order for a sweater in early February and after ten days with no shipment, I contacted them through their website chat. They told me it was coming from overseas and would take weeks. I reached out again a couple weeks later and got the same answer, though they offered to refund my shipping cost once the order went out. It finally arrived in mid-March, but I never got that refund. When I tried following up again through their chat, nobody responded. I'm questioning whether they even have customer service anymore or if the company is in serious trouble. I ended up filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau since nothing else was working.

Skip this place. The clothing isn't worth the price tag. If you want to return something you're stuck paying for it. They won't do size swaps. And good luck getting any real customer support.

They've made tons of excuses online and actively mislead customers. Their social media gives different answers or says they don't have information. This company can't be trusted.

Fast forward and those same things I bought on sale are now listed at regular prices. Update one: They moved my shipping date to the end of February, now it's March twentieth. Hard to believe all new orders are getting pushed out months too. Update two: I wrote that on March twenty-third and still nothing. No communication, no details. They sent a mass email with a fifteen dollar coupon as an apology, but that's not what I want. I want what I ordered. Update three: Great news, my stuff shipped out today finally. Really glad to see them back on track. My main frustration is how little they communicated about everything. Besides a social media post, they barely kept anyone in the loop.

The lack of honesty from the beginning made me scramble unnecessarily. UPDATE: Surprisingly the stuff did show up on Christmas Eve and they made good on their word after all. I'm changing my rating since they actually communicated and delivered like they said. Thanks to them and the post office for coming through!
