This is my second time ordering from Moonglow. I bought a hamsa hand piece a few years back that was absolutely gorgeous and has held up really well over time. So I treated myself to another design, and I was just as impressed as I was the first go around. Their customer service is great, shipping was quick, and everything was well tracked. The pieces are beautiful, and the engraving option is a nice personal touch. If you're into moon jewelry, I'd definitely recommend giving them a try.

I've been wearing my Moonglow necklace for years and absolutely love it, though I wear it often so the moons started looking a bit dull over time. Today I found out I could actually swap out the faded moons for fresh ones, which was news to me! The staff member was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and just a wonderful person to work with. Now my necklace glows beautifully again at night and I know it'll last much longer. So grateful!

Got a Christmas gift from them and even though I provided clear instructions, the engraver messed it up badly. When I contacted the company, the customer support rep told me they followed exactly what I wrote and that if I wanted it fixed I'd have to pay for it. I sent her pictures of the error and never heard back again. My advice is to avoid this business. Find somewhere else that actually cares about getting things right, even if it costs a little more. You'll get way better service.

I tried reaching out to them via email and got no response. When I finally called them after waiting a long time, the person I spoke with was extremely rude and dismissive. A real manager wouldn't act that way. They refused to replace the item or offer any kind of reasonable resolution.

The bracelet got here when it was supposed to. The packaging was really nice and presented in a beautiful box. It's such a stunning piece of jewelry and I feel confident wearing it.

I got my partner an Orion Necklace featuring our baby's birth moon and she wears it basically every day. Then she bought me a tie clip with the same moon on it, and we're both really happy with the quality. Recently she accidentally damaged her necklace, and the support guy stepped up and sent us a brand new replacement at no charge! I'd definitely recommend shopping with them if you want quality, unique items and genuinely caring customer service.

Got a fake shipping and tracking number. The customer service was terrible. I basically feel like I was ripped off.

So Moonglow isn't always quick to answer emails, but I got a fast response after I posted a negative review on their site. The problem was that I paid for engraving that never showed up on my order, possibly because their checkout system glitched out. At first they said I didn't pay for engraving, but once I sent them my receipt showing the charge, they changed their story and offered me a replacement instead.

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with! They won't respond to emails and the stuff they sell is cheap garbage! Not impressed at all.

Really let down by this purchase. I wanted to get myself something special for Mother's Day, so I ordered a bracelet with four different moons to symbolize each person in my family. Unfortunately, just a day after it arrived, three of the four moon charms fell off. I've only managed to find one of them lying around the house. The other two are gone for good, and I'll probably never locate them.

The chain looked cheap and started turning black right away. The moon itself was fuzzy looking and doesn't actually glow like advertised. I was pretty disappointed with the whole product. Their packaging and marketing are way better than the actual item, so clearly they're making a huge profit on these. I also got my order even though the tracking system still showed it hadn't been picked up by the carrier yet. They only highlight the good reviews on their site so you don't see the full picture. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere instead.
