I'll give Moosejaw props for their pricing, but seriously who's managing the shipping side of things? Getting four separate notifications for four different packages arriving at the same time from the same place doesn't make any sense. That can't be cost effective at all.

Items showed up when promised. They have decent pricing. Everything went without a hitch.

Since Moosejaw became part of Dick's Sporting Goods under the new ownership, they've completely abandoned their old policies. I sent in a return and was promised a credit, but it never showed up. No refund either. Basically they got to keep both my returned item and my payment. Pretty disappointing.

Used to have good luck shopping here, but after the Dick's acquisition things have gone downhill fast. Bought something recently and wanted to return it, but they'd completely revamped their system in the meantime. My entire account got wiped, no saved info or purchase history anymore. Now they're saying they can't refund me for the brand new unused item I returned because of the account deletion. All I'm getting is store credit, which is total nonsense. I have zero interest in shopping at a company that operates like this.

I'd rather grab their insane sale prices and just be smart about ordering the right thing the first time. The savings are huge. Plus they've got this cool, playful thing going on that you don't see everywhere. Nice alternative to the standard big box retailers.

The chat support is constantly broken, and calling doesn't help much either since the person handling your call might actually criticize your decision to return something. It's just not worth dealing with. Shop at REI or go straight to the brand instead.

Picked up a brand new board at a 20% discount and the people there were great. They actually shipped it the same day which is pretty crazy. This company's been solid based on my experience and I'd recommend them.
